This company miss diagnosed the problem. They stated the fan needed to be replaces, when in fact the snap disk was faulty. During the cleaning the electrical wires ended up being cut and blamed the owner instead of himself

Kingdom Stove Works just installed 2 chimney liners in my old house. Let me tell you how pleased I was... I spoke with Art (owner/installer) in August, and he answered all my questions about the job and gave me a very reasonable written quotation. I was impressed from the getgo with his down to earth manner and professionalism. He gave me a date when they would be there, and sure enough, they were.There were a couple issues that came up with the installation the he and his son Nathaniel handled without dragging me into it or nickel diming me to death. They did the job on time, as promised, and also took care of a potential nasty carbon monoxide issue I was totally unaware of. They left no mess whatsoever and did not bother the tenants during the installation.Art and Nathaniel did the installation (see pics) and Margaret and Magon in the office handled paperwork etc. I really liked that this was a local company, right here in Caledonia County.If you need a chimney liner done by a real pro team at a great price, then give them a call, I can't recommend them more highly.I simply believe that it was worth a positive review, plain and simple. Based on recommendations in Front Porch I scheduled a chimney cleaning with these folks back in September. They told me they were booked out for 2 months and they would come on Nov 19th. The day they were to show I got a call from them saying they were having trouble finding the place. I gave them the direction. About an our later they said they would not be coming and rescheduled me for today 12/1. Today they call and said they would be at my place at 9 am. They never showed up. I called and left a message asking when they would be here. They did not call me back.

We have used Clean Sweep on a yearly basis for years. We highly recommend Clean Sweep for yearly cleaning and inspection on wood stoves and pellet stoves. They come on time, are very accommodating, and we are always confident with their work.To sum it up, they are professional, responsive, on time, do quality work and a great value.

It was my first time using this company and I was very impressed. Luke and his partner arrived on time, they were friendly, efficient, clean and competent. Luke even came back into the house after he was in his truck to put back two small wood storage boxes I had next to the stove that he had moved. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to friends. Thank you!

I purchased my pellet stove from clean sweep about 3 years ago and had them service-clean every year. The owner of the company handed the business down to his son, and was a bad decision. After our annual cleaning, I noticed the service tech reeked like alcohol. After his service the pellet machine was not working properly. I reached out to the company and they as treated with such disrespect, I would never allow them on my property again, and suggest you do the same. By far the worst company I have dealt with in the NEK

Chose this business based on the good google reviews and am very disappointed. The company forgot about my first appointment for an estimate and now called to say they wouldn’t make the second appointment. Missed day of work to wait for no service when I could have been working with a reliable company.
