I have two herniated discs that cause me so much pain! I see Carlijn for physiotherapy and Erin for massage therapy. Both have been phenomenal for my pain management and rehabilitation! They - along with the rest of the staff - are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend going to Velocity.

Very nice, clean, professional, and friendly. I recommend Eric as a physiotherapist. He's very knowledgeable and has a wide range of modalities--using this he provides above and beyond care for his patients.

Velocity Injury Medical Clinic has turned my upside down injured life onto a right path. 1.5 years ago I was rear ended and I can say that for 1 year I attended physio elsewhere and never felt cared for. I started at Velocity in May and since then have been cared for by all the professionals there. Unbelievable care and compassion. Their integrated approach is second to none. I just love how you push me in my exercise's and stretches. Eric Moon treated my husband's back pain for a year and he was super helpful.He is caring, attentive and very compassionate. More than anything else his niddling is great ! Not only he is a very skillful physiotherapist but also he has a good communication skill.Feel so lucky to have him.My thumbs and my husband's thumbs up to sky.

I visited the clinic after it re-opened after Covid. It is very clean and well equipped with sanitizer at entrance. Grace, the receptionist is very friendly, helpful and professional. I saw Eric for physio and he was very attentive to my concerns and was able to recommend rehab activities that greatly improved mobility for my dislocated shoulder. My son also sees Eric and was very comfortable with him as Eric is very personable yet professional.

I was involved in 2 MVAs and thanks to Eric - Physiotherapist, who is helping me to reduce lots of pain, increase range of motion of my neck, and really cares about my improvements everytime he sees me. I really love this place, the staffs are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable that you can trust! After getting t-boned by a truck while riding a bike, my 22 month journey began. Henry was my physiotherapist, and made my back stop clicking when I walked. Friendly and kind. Kim was my massage therapist. She was professional, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this place. It's a great one-stop shop! The reception staff were also great and very down to earth. The first name basis made me feel very welcome.

I go to see physical therapist Carlijn, she is the best! This is a very attractive , well set out clinic… And though I have not used any of the other members of the multidisciplinary team, I am confident that they would be at the same high level of professionalism that Carlijn is at!

I see Dr. Cody Xavier for wellness Chiropractic care! His adjustments are gentle and precise. I leave feeling relaxed and pain free. He provides exercises and stretches to do at home to compliment my care- this is most helpful. He is a knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to understand my lifestyle and my most prominent concerns regarding my health. I feel as though I am well taken care of. I am already looking forward to my next adjustment!

Professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff who were very attentive to all of my needs both physically and mentally. Velocity clinic is also very clean and highest priority of ensuring sanitizing for all clients, staff wearing masks and thoroughly cleaned after each client. Awesome experience - excellent clinic!
