KW-IT has been helping the company I work for upgrade the security features at one of their buildings. Not only have I found the workers for their company to be knowledgeable and concise with their efforts, but the entire system installation process has been performed in a relatively short timeline, despite the recent climate.I have found the new system to be easy to use and of a much higher quality than the outdated equipment used prior and, anytime i have had any troubles, KW-IT is always able to take my call for assistance or call me back in a very short time to help.Plus, they were kind enough to toss me a new mousepad, so Bonus!I would Highly recommend working with this company for any upgrades to your current systems or installation of new equipment.

Very Happy with the video doorbell installaion.Our unit didn't come wired with a doorbell and new wiring and chime was needed which was provided and installed by KW IT SOLUTIONS.I highly recommend KW IT SOLUTIONS for being very professional and knowledgeable.

Adrian was great. I had so many questions about installing outdoor cameras on my property. He came up with excellent solutions to issues involving power sources etc., and suggested a great camera system. He was willing to drive from Kitchener to London, arrived on time, set the cameras up, taught my tenants how to use them and provided support afterwards when we actually needed the footage.I have passed his information on to other family members who have used Adrian and also had a great experience with his work and systems.Thank you!
