Un professional and poorly run. Also ruin dye jobs and youll leave with parts of your hair un dyed in like patches also dye all over your skin not just hair line. Wont offer to fix or refund. Also deletes customer feedbacks unless positive and removes facebook pages when customers complain after they mock customers

I have been going to Vals hair design for years for my hair cuts. It's a little convenient down town walk in hair salon. No appointments needed wich is what pulled me in. I've always liked my hair cuts from this salon. They seem to do good hair cuts, nice eyebrow waxing however If coloring your hair there you really need to make sure they 100% understand what you want. Even if you show a photo of the exact thing your asking for before they start..

Decent place to get a haircut. There is a bit of a high turnover so you probably won't always get the same girl to cut your hair. Overall, great service and good prices.

Worst haircut ever prices have gone up hacked my hair with a razor blade uneven all over sprayed ice cold water on it very rough hairblowing with the brush never go back again

Hate to do this as the ladies were super nice :(My appt was for 9, they weren't even open... didn't get in the chair till quarter after. Went for a root bleach and full colour (blue & purple) unfortunately she missed big chunks of hair so i walked out with big blonde patches all over my head. I was quoted $80 over the phone. Was charged $129. With my regular stylist, I pay $120 INCLUDING A CUT. The product and minimum wage comes to like $65. Because i worked in the service industry, and the lady was nice i tipped her $5 but the service was not worth a tip. I will not be back
