MB steam clean did a wonderful job on my move-out clean! Matt was able to remove some stains with the general cleaning as well provided good value for the cost. Highly recommended.

Matthew does a great job. I have them come do my carpets every time it's needed; I have never had a problem, it is always done well and quickly.

Matt was on time, quite personable and easy going. We discussed the work and expectations and I felt comfortable with his assessment. Matt was professional and finished within the time he estimated. Our couch is beyond being completely cleaned but we are quite happy with the improvement. Last time we had it cleaned by RAM they ruined the cushions and would not reimburse us. Faith restored in couch cleaning!

Scott was on time, as quoted, and well priced however the vacuum was not applied in a systematic manner that ensured every part of the floor was vacuumed. As a result, we have “clean lines” on our white carpet and it is obvious where it wasn’t vacuumed. This wasn’t visible until the carpet dried.Update: Matthew returned and redid almost my whole house with exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail at no cost. Carpets have dried, look white again, and feel and look much cleaner. The original price was very competitive, so this was an unexpected surprise. I would recommend Matthew’s work to friends and family. Thanks for conducting your business with such integrity!

Matthew came to my house and first went through and understood what areas I was looking to get cleaned. Very professional on time and answered everyone of my questions before getting started. He cleaned my carpets in the house, both stair cases, and sofa and loveseat. What an amazing job, my sofa's look as if they were just delivered from the factory. Wow! Matthew returns calls. He listens. He made himself available for my emergency. He even told me what to do to help get better results before he could attack the cranberry raspberry juice on the tan colored carpet. He was on time for our booking. He did what he said he would do. The price was great. The service was amazing. He left me with a spot cleaner and instructions should the tannins reappear.I took a chance on his ad and I won! I will rebook him to do all of our carpeting this spring. We have 2 little kids a dog and a cat with a light coloured carpet, so obviously we had a few stains. They were able to get out stains that other carpet cleaning companies haven’t been able to! Super impressed with the result.They responded quickly and we’re on time! Will be using this company again!
