Massive lack of organization. Every interaction is so frustrating. They don't speak between their departments or mark anything on client files so you are forced to talk to several people about the same issue over months to a year with no fix. They schedule appointments to come do work and then show up missing things and can't do what they were scheduled to stating they will return... They don't come back though. It's actually getting comical how bad this is.Their drivers of company vehicles are also pretty funny I have watched a few drive through full red lights or push their way into a turn when there are pedestrians.
