Considering this store is located in Yorkville, the prices are very reasonable and the staff really make the experience memorable. I've been coming here for over 3 years now and anytime I'm in the area, I'll pop in to say hi to Frances and Steve. Since we've established a friendship, they now know me well enough to stop me from wasting money on certain products by reminding me that I'm already taking a similar supplement or that I won't like the side effects. I never feel rushed or pressured as they always take their time explaining products and helping me make decisions. There are health food stores much closer to me but I will always go to Ginkgo- whether it's shopping online or making the trip to Yorkville.

I came from out of town for a visit to the city and wanted to find a specific herb / supplement so this was the closest to me and I don't regret going; The owner is very knowledgeable and the prices are very fair plus quality supplements.

Expert advice and great deals every time, there is simply no substitute for a family-owned business that treats every customer according to their personal needs. The staff always remember you and make an effort to explain how each product works and how to make the best use of it. This is my definitive for all my supplements and natural health products in Toronto. The prices are quite reasonable too compared with some of the bigger vendors out there.

I've been coming to this store regularly for a few years now to get a few specific health supplements like black seed, which I couldn't find at larger corporate health stores. The staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful, so it's always a pleasure when I stop in to get what I need! If you're looking for something specific, definitely drop by and ask!

I made some last minute purchases right before new years 2020 and I am not disappointed.....the vast number of products and prices are exceptionally reasonable compared to other retailers. The staff are knowledgeable and more importantly honest about the products/benefits based on your needs.VERDIC- I recommend- I think this shop is a small run local business and not a retail chain. I experienced a real sense of intergerty at this retailer.
