This is the first time I have ever posted a review. The front desk clerk is rude and unprofessional. She was shouting and yelling at me as a patient just for showing up at the clinic for my appointment which she said it was supposed to be over the phone which I was not told. But let's not talk about who is right and who is wrong. No one has a right to yell at anyone! It was unbelievable and unacceptable. I have lived and been to doctor offices in different countries but have never seen anything like this before. She was yelling like a crazy person without me saying one single word, for a second I asked myself if I was in a doctor office? Was she taught about professional ethics or is she even certified?

Great doctor! Dr. Nguyen is patient and will walk you through the procedure and will make you feel comfortable. I feel well taken care of. Very clean office. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen with your chronic pain issues.FYI - regarding the rude staff... sad to admit that's how first generation Vietnamese immigrants sounds. I'm even not used to my own family yell talking. I have dealt with the same MOAs and I thought they was lovely.

Dr Viem definitely needs a new secretary to be polite and know how to work in an office. Dr Viem has two secretary that one of them is younger and has no idea anything about her job and the older secretary is so rude and impolite. The way that she talked to me is not acceptable at all.

I enjoyed my first visit. Went in with a running related knee injury. Informed him what caused it, etc, and after some tests, dr told me the knee was perfectly fine which was a sigh a relief. He told me straight up how it is, he did not make me leave wondering unlike some of the physios i went to. Dr.Viem answered all my questions and even gave his own opinions, making this a very promising visit.
