My husband and I are moving to Port Perry and needed to update our vehicle permit information - we went to this ServiceOntario office (Dec.1.22) and the customer service was ‘stellar’. Our wait time was minimal and the representative helping us was pleasant, informative and extremely helpful. An incredible customer service experience!! Thank You.

Katelyn bown who is or was employed by service Ontario is the most horrific woman I have met. She was raised wrong and I will never step foot into another place she is employed at because of how she spoke to myself and my daughter.

Hands down the best service ontario I have ever been to. They make you feel like family and are always happy to help out. I am originally from Port Perry but moved to Oshawa, I still drive to Port Perry just for these guys.Thank you!

I have been dealing with this MTO outlet specifically because of their staff.All personnel are professional, courteous and deal with customers expediently.I can say from experience, this is NOT the status quo all MTO outlets.They are simply the best at what they do, thank you.

Sep.3rd(Sat),2022 about noon time.There was two female staffs working that time.My wife was desperately needed disabled parking permit that day.The staff, I don't know her name(who was older than the other), showed a bit of attitude and said we don't do disabled parking permit here

There are few things I hate more than Service Ontario! The long waits, cramped areas, reception from staff, no parking....that was until visiting the Port Perry location! What a pleasant surprise. Quick, knowledgable and friendly! Couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I drove 30 mins each way based on a recommendation. It was worth it. :)
