New home purchase, and although I love my home customer service is a nightmare. Warranty work that needs to be done does eventually get addressed but they are slow. It may or may not get done to your satisfaction. Make sure you complete your new home warranty forms , 30 day, 1yr, etc. and be sure to complete the Tarion forms on the Tarion Website too. This is very important for any follow up as the forms the builder provides are only for his use. Tarion does not get copies of those. I found this out the hard way, you can read the response below that I received directly from Tarion.With regards to your 30-Day and Year-End form

I did masonry work on a Mckinzie home on Oliver st in Thamesford manager jarold promised me pay one week after job was done he stopped answering my texts it's been 3 and a half weeks and still no pay I called office but they don't call me back I don't suggest working for Mckinzie homes thanks

We can't even begin to explain how happy we are with our new house and with McKenzie Homes. From start to finish, it was nothing short of fabulous. We have enjoyed every step of the way including choosing our finishes and colours. Working with Jackie made the process not only stress-free but incredibly enjoyable. She was professional, approachable and always right there when we needed something. Very bad experience. I bought the house 2 years ago . They use very cheap materials.They don’t care after selling the house .all warranties r fake.

Trevor and Jared and the rest of the team have been amazing. Communication and follow through has been really consistent. They have been really organized and have put a strong focus on the relationship understanding what we need.We would definitely recommend you for anyone in the market for a home built right.Christopher Murray

They do not appreciate their clients. They take forever to complete a task
