Their was good intentions in the group sessions but I wish they just tried helping us more than just giving us ideas of what to do. In the group sessions they didn't really help me that much personally. All it did for me is inform me to be honest. Don't know if I would recommend.

My daughter hasn’t been to school do to mental health for the whole year we need a referral to a program for her that can only be done through this office my wife’s been trying to reach them by the phone for about a month and a half I took the day off work and filled out papers and setup for them to phone me today I waited all day and no phone call!!

Paula, the psychologist, is amazing! She literally changed my life and my child’s life for the better. She is up to date on the current research re: trauma and the importance of connecting the mind and the body. Im so sad that she’s leaving but I hope for all the families out there that emdr is continued to be incorporated in to their support for families with trauma.

I tried to get counseling for my sister who was struggling with class. I contacted them around February, they said they would email me back. I don't hear back for a month so I sent an e-mail asking about the progress of the counseling admission. They replied stating that we were on a waitlist for counseling in April, so I waited. They sent me an email asking whether my sister was still interested, I said yes. No response from the clinic. My sister has gone 5 months without getting support or counseling. I am outraged at the abysmal rate at which this clinic apparently works at
