Sent in an inquiry through the website. Got a response almost immediately. The office staff were friendly and warm. The technician was here within a few hours. He was super professional and gave me tips and tricks to help prevent a major blockage from happening again. Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Drain Doctor Ltd.

They came earlier than I expected which was great, and the young guy was done in 10 minutes. He even wanted to clean up everything and even mop. Great company.

Had a clogged drain and I called a larger company and was told it would be a few days. I called Drain Doctor first thing this morning, they had a guy out within an hour. Their repair person (Dustin) was excellent and efficient. The real bonus was a very reasonable price - considerably less that what I have been charged by bigger companies. I have their contact information posted above the sewer drain!

I didn't catch the man's name, but whoever attended to our sewer this morning was great. He was kind, understanding and very professional. Would easily recommend and use Drain Doctor again. We called at 8:30 this morning, and he arrived before 10AM and was finished just an hr after.Quick, affordable and professional!

Nicest guy Ayob just fixed a very clogged drain. It didn't take him long and he did such a great job. Cleaned everything so well after, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Called Drain Doctor last week for an appointment today. I took the day off work. The young service person arrived and I took him down to the basement to see the problem. He walked through my entire house with mud covered boots and then when downstairs started coughing and continuously wiping his runny nose. He made a a phone call and when I returned he was hammering away at the grout surrounding the capFor the clean out still wearing his muddy boots. I told him to take them off so he tossed them to the side sending dry mud everywhere. I said to him you’re cracking everything and breaking my back water valve. He said to me that I told him to do that. So I asked who’s going to pay for it so he told me I would have had to call a plumber anyways. So I told him to get out of my house. He put back on his muddy boots and again walked right through my kitchen and living room stopping to wipe his muddy boots on my carpet before leaving the house. Absolute worst service I’ve ever had. When I called the office I got attitude from the person that answered saying he left because he didn’t want the verbal abuse. I still have an open hole in my basement floor and a mess to clean up both upstairs and downstairs from his muddy boots. Absolutely no consideration for anyone’s property or anyone’s time. Called another company and arrived with in an hour and completed the job without incident. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

Not a customer but I have seen a Drain Doctor van drive over a boulevard instead of using the driveway behind the Chinese Church on Cooper at Colony. I've seen him do this several times and he needs to knock it off. So lazy and disrespectful.

Just wanted to share how recluse driver this guy was, very bad, I hope he will learn his lesson someday soon, and now taken this company off my list for any of my business for sure.
