Comfortable, well explained, and very quick proceedure. Staff were great. Had a good chuckle on the way out with the receptionist as I used a high pitched voice to tell my wife ready to go. I highly recommend, straight to the point and proffessional. Thank you again!

The receptionist has zero respect for customers, extremely rude. Id assume answering customers phone calls and answering questions would be in a receptionists job description, and I guess Barb does this, but she sure doesnt seem to happy about doing it!

I was very impressed with Dr. Billinkoff and the procedure I received, he made me feel listened to during our first meeting, and though I wasn’t a typical candidate, he listened to my concerns, expressed his concerns, and ultimately let me make my own decision. I had the procedure done two years ago and I’ve never been happier. The procedure itself was relatively non-invasive, and the recovery was a synch!

Quick easy process from start to finish. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Dr Billinkoff was quick and friendly, process was over before our conversation was and with the easy access to everything on the website was very straightforward.

Procedure was fine but they will not post any test results so i have no way of knowing if the procedure was successful or not. After a communication issue my results were posted online so i edited my review. Post Op contact seems to be an issue but after the initial inquiry both of my results were posted in a timely manner.
