We used Dara for our heat loss calculation and a few other things for the construction of our new house, he was helpful and gave us what we required. However a couple months later we called to ask a question about our exhaust fans and his reply was “why should I bother talking to you on a Friday for no compensation” then he hung up the phone. Great customer service right there, thanks for being rude when we asked a simple question, especially for paying customer. Will never use this company again.
