The overall experience with purchasing Ascent from Subaru Mississauga was respectful and caring worth mentioning Fiorella and Alex. Christian was very helpful with our purchase. He was genuine, knowledgeable, reachable for (many) updates and question; he responded even when he wasn’t at work. Probably the best car salesman we have dealt with.Facilities are nice and a great location close to the 401. A small-ish waiting area for service - you can see your car being worked on through the large windows!

I trust these guys to take care of my car and they really do a serious job. I got my Legacy serviced twice for 140&150K and always left satisfied. Everything is a bit pricey, this is what i am not feeling positive only. Special thanks to Mr. Clifford and service techs.

Amazing service by Darryl and his team. My vehicle was ready for collection way ahead of scheduled delivery even with supply chain issues. Prompt and professional responses for all matters. Highly recommend this brand, but especially Subaru of Mississauga.

My visit to Subaru of Mississauga was an incredible experience. The staff were very down to earth and were always always around to make sure I had either been serviced or attended to. In terms of staff I would also highly recommend Johnny Meng who did an incredible job of giving me the full Subaru experience and simply making it easy to purchase my first car from Subaru. Johnny is the one person I call for any and all my Subaru questions and concerns. But in terms of the dealership it is an overall great experience and great environment for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had a great experience with Subaru. The sales representative Jimmy sold me a beautiful Subaru Outback last September. I am pleased mostly with Jimmy's honesty and dedication standing behind the Subaru brand. Jimmy took the time to explain every concern I had. I went from a high-performance vehicle to a Subaru Outback. I have no regrets, especially the savings of 500.00 a month! Using regular gas, rather than the premium. The luxury and space in my Subaru are excellent no significant difference from my Volvo. Jimmy will work with you to get you the vehicle from Subaru that fits your family's needs. Most importantly, I have reached out to Jimmy since my purchase and he promptly returns my email or call. This dealership is truly focused on the customer service and ongoing support! 10 out 10 for Jimmy his team and this Subaru location!

Johnny was amazing, every single time I came to see him he greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. He was patient for me to make my decision and throughout the process I was not being pressured for anything (like in other dealerships). I was told the wait time for my 2024 Crosstrek would be 3 months and I got it within a week. Thank Johnny and the Subaru Mississauga team for such an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend Subaru Mississauga and Johnny! 12/10 recommendation!
