Couldn't ask for a better service team! My sick mother in law, who couldnt maintain her car after being financially and physically disabled had catastrophic engine failure that wasn't under warranty, but what I expected to be a $10,000 fix, was made more than reasonable by the compassionate workers at this service branch! Thousands saved and an immeasurable amount of stress that I didn't have to experience. I want to extend my warmest thanks to these folks! Doug, Naomi, Amy and the dedicated technicians who fixed our 2016 Tuscon, I am glad it was you guys who took care of us!

Awesome service both for purchasing a vehicle and in the Service Department! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ease of test drive, to order, and receive the car I wanted in the colour I wanted. Even though the extended wait time was there (across the board for all dealerships due to supply), the dealership contacted me that the vehicle had arrived a little earlier. The car drives like a dream, I love it!

2015 hyundai Sonata. I do my annual maintenance; oil change every 6 months, change filters, known rust proof it, ect. Never had any issues until my engine ceased to work. Manufacturer issues , everything is under warranty.Got the car towed to the dealer, spent 115.00$.Left my keys in the drop box and wrote all of my info on the envelope.Didn't get a phone call the next day so i reached out: I had to call 12 times just to get a hold of someone. I left 2 voice mails, no response.So I went in person after work. I got bounced around until I got a hold of the service manager.Turns out my car is under warranty for everything.Asked for a rental, can't provide one. I state that I pay for premium warranty service and it is a manufacturer issue, how can they accommodate?Service rep doesn't have an answer. So I wait awkwardly on the phone. To what I say speak with your manager and call me back with a solution please"She texts me "our technician couldn't find anything wrong with you car"There is a check engine light in the dash when you turn the key.It's been a week

A big shout out to Matt Fitzgerald for being fantastic to deal with on our purchase of our Palisade. Very down to earth and easy to talk to and deal with. Also a big thanks to the rest of the staff involved in our purchase. Extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase through you and the the dealership. Oh and thanks for the quick turn around on our request to purchase and have snow tires installed at the last minute. Car was still ready for pick up before the appointed time.

Amazing service from this location. A few months back I bought a 2023 Elantra N-Line Ultimate from this dealership, and the experience I had with all of the staff here was truly incredible. Friendly people, easy to work with both in person and over the phone, and made everything easy for me to understand. Car works really well, and looks quite nice too!

Substandard customer service from salesman Paul Legere. Was looking for a lower end purchase for my daughter. Enquired with Paul on a vehicle in her price range so he has us come in for a test drive on Friday July 14/23. My husband, daughter and I arrived on time, met Paul and were seated while he had the car brought around. After waiting about 25 min, Paul finally returned to say the car was not actually there, it has been loaned to another customer while their vehicle was in the shop. He was very apologetic, said he’d make it up to her for the inconvenience and set up another appointment for today July 17 at 130 pm as my daughter had to work all weekend so we couldn’t go sooner. The three of us arrived again today on time, met Paul and he went to get the keys. He returned moments later, empty handed to say the car had been sold already. So needless to say, I was not pleased as our time is valuable too and a simple phone call to tell us that was the case would have gone a long way to show good customer service! I get the car getting sold part but not leaving us hanging to come in a second time and still not get to see a vehicle. Zero stars Paul, do not recommend !!
