Great service, felt welcome and was greeted with lots of smiles, and went out of their way to help me.

First time I went, it was a super easy change of my front windshield and service was good. The second time I went was to see if my drivers side window could be replaced. Sadly the work couldn't be done because of the age of the vehicle. The lady assisting me offered to cover it up until I found an replacement window. She not only made an awesome barrier for the cold and then vacuumed out the broken glass out of my car. A very touching and helpful experience from one member of their team and would definitely recommend.

Had my truck in and out in 3 hours Awesome customer service the manager went out of her way to help. I would reccomend this company to anyone.

Had a broken windshield and called Speedy Glass. Kaylee, front desk was very helpful. Lucky for me, someone cancelled and they called me. Prince George residents are very lucky to have speedy glass employees who are so friendly, thanks to Zoe, kaelee and Zach for doing an awesome job on my truck. I would recommend Speedy Glass on Ospika.

They were rude and out right refused to work with us after needing a special case done. I do not recommend then what so ever. I will be posting this review in other places and contacting corporate with the names of the individuals involved. The woman who answers the phone deserves to be fired

Natalie was great! Only person in Prince George that could figure out how to get a windshield for my right hand drive import. Quick and everything was correct first try! Very impressed!

Just shearing my experience today and giving suggestions for people who might have the same situation with me.As their technician and people work at the front desk commented:”if we take your glasses, we have to fix everything”, no matter how small the chips are, they will be count as one, and you will never know how easy it is to exceed the limit of 3 by icbc. And with more than 3 of them, you have to replace your windshield with them. Even you just want to fix the whole on driver side, your only option is get a new windshield.While glacier and crystal’s policy is cover the first 3 with icbc , and you can pay the rest from your own pocket( first 40, then 20…), notice crystal don’t fix chips at driver’s side(issued today), if you have any, they would ask you to replace whole windshield as well.customer service is nothing to complain, they are welling to order the products to match your needs without holding money in it, just let you know if you have more than 3 chips(check very carefully), and your insurance is not fully cover your windshield replacement, maybe try other shop.

We were visiting from Ontario and unfortunate circumstances left us with a large chip in the windshield that immediately started to spider web. Within twenty minutes we pulled into Speedy and they saw our predicament of leaving the next day. They took us in right away and replaced the whole windshield quickly and professionally. I want to thank them for helping us and keeping us safe for the rest of our trip. Kudos for amazing service!
