I have been wanting to learn Bharatanatyam for many years, and I’m so happy to have joined Laya Bhava Dance Academy. The teacher is very passionate about her craft, and ensures that students get the best quality learning experience. It is a very welcoming environment, and the students go above and beyond to help each other and form a community. I joined in 2022 and have already learned so much.

I am an adult student and started in Oct 2021; Laya bhava provides a very welcoming atmosphere to learn this beautiful craft. The teacher is dedicated and willing to put in the time to help you with learning the steps. The students also help each other to make sure no one is left behind or feeling unsure. Even during covid lockdown, laya bhava had very interactive classes online to help continue on your journey. I’m happy to continue being part of this community.

Great teacher. Very knowledgeable. Our daughter is learning for the past 5 years from Kirupa teacher, Laya bhava dance academy. My daughter feels completely at ease learning from her and seems to be more self-confident. We are grateful as a parent that our daughter has a wonderful Guru. Thank you teacher

I'm an adult student of Guru Smt. Kirupanithy Ratneswaran garu. Blessed to have such a graceful, energetic, inspiring professional dancer as my Guru. Kirupa teacher not only focuses on teaching the art form, but also respects the student's pace and time, by working around their physical limitations. The classes are fun and knowledgeable. Thanks to Kirupa teacher for reiterating that age is just a number and it is never too late to start learning an art form. Happy dancing !!

Laya Bhava Dance Academy is a place where my 12 year daughter not only learns dance. In the academy the interaction with the teacher & other students offers an opportunity for her social skills. Through dance she learns to express herself emotionally. We are very happy that our daughter attends the dance academy where they believe in excellence.
