Who can i see in person to go over my recent notice of reassessment!! Its makes no sense! They claim I owe them more while totally denying my medical and student loans claims I sent!! How in the world....? Can someone explain if you can or cant claim drugs on income tax anymore?!

I called twice in one day: first time, waiting for 30mins, then told I was not the owner ; second time, waiting for 50mins, then one agency answered the phone, asking the security questions, asked for more then 10mins , so compliacted questions, then told me 8pm already, he had to hang up the phone... I just asked them to resend one letter to me, but they gave me so hard time... CRA, shame on you!CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you!CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you!

If you own a small business and want to get ahead financially in life, you should probably move to another country with lower income tax. It is like we get punished if we make more money than the average person here in Canada. Sole proprietorships get absolutely destroyed by Canada's tax system. Please please please take less from us and more from ACTUAL large corporations who make hundreds of millions more than we do every year.

I got locked out of my account by CRA.Each time I call the wait time is 3.5-4 hours!No one has time to be on the phone for 4 hours if they aren't on CERB!Each year, or few month, the CRA has issues.Maybe if you learn how fulfill your purpose we could save on tax and headaches.Try outsourcing your operations and labour to the private market or automating 90% of your jobs.

I recently applied for and obtained a Tax Compliance Certificate for a non-resident disposal of a Canadian real estate. I found that CRA staff were competent, reasonable and professional. Things took a bit of time but that is to be expected. Great service from a government agency.

What you can expect them? Customer service or information? No no. You are wrong. They put you in line over the phone and forget about you. I waited 2.5 hours just to change my address on my CRA account. I mean seriously, 2.5 hours. I have a screen shot if someone do not believe. After 2.5 hours I was so tired that I just hung up.They closed online service to change the address. No idea when they will understand the value of time.

The CRA website is awful, full of glitches, and retrograde.We try to access our full" account with the "partner sign-in" method and it takes us to my "limited" profile and says "your CRA security code has expired."What security code? I'm signing in through my bank account info!I've called several times over the years to complain about getting locked out

It would be nice if the money they collected every year went to hiring competent review staff. Instead they just blindly look through and go denied.At this point their jobs could be ENTIRELY automated, which would help in my line of work and create tons of jobs that are deserved the hard working people they are making jump through hoops. Algorithms over personalities.
