For the size of this place, it can get very crowded during peak week days and weekends too because it's close to the conestoga campus and center of downtown. But can never go wrong with a warm French vanilla, definitely worth it.

Three things I wanna say why this Tim Hortons store location is giving the brand name a bad reputation and damaging the customer loyalty. 1- Super slow service, I always though Starbuck's was the slowest one in tri-city area. Oh, no! This location will make you feel even out with Starbucks.2nd- When you charge customers the full amount of price for a cup of ice cup. Then please share why is it not full? Despite the fact customer stood in line for 20 mins. Is this a joke ?3- Service for today April 4th 2023 was so horrible that no napkins were there to take, Ice Capp tastes like water and ice. That great thick creamy and sweet mix is ruined. Ice Capp is like one of our national favorites. Keep playing with customer loyalty and trust.Price charges = quality product. What I got today was Price charged = an insult to the Tim's brand name, poor mix of Ice Capp, poor time management and horrible taste. It tasted worse than Ice Capp light.Improve on this or good luck keeping that same loyalty and customer's trust that the original founders created with their hard work by providing all us Canadians with best coffee product in the market!

My mom went there yesterday and got a coffee bagel and also ordered a crispy chicken wrap but told them to put eggs in it. When she got her order and went home, she discovered that the wrap had bacon rather than an egg on it. I returned today and placed an order for lunch while also describing what happened the day before. The person who was taking my order was not even letting me finish my sentence and she started saying i cant help you with your mom then she said theres the manager if you want but when i kept asking her where the manager was she did not want to tell me where they were. She also claimed to have given my mother a prescription andshe couldn't help me without it and that they give receipts to everyone who doesn't even ask, but she didn't even give me one for the sandwich and drink I had just purchased. She is quite negative and that is very degrading. I once worked at Timhortons, so I am aware that staff employees should never treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. The girl seems very uneducated and definitely does not qualify as a tim hortons worker. She was a black female who was working at the counter at 3:00, but she wouldn't let me finish what I was saying or respond to my questions, so I was unable to get her name.

My recent visit to this store has left me extremely dissatisfied, the main issue I encountered was the lack of adherence to the survey guidelines provided by Tim Hortons. It is disheartening to see that the staff at this particular location did not prioritize the survey and failed to meet the expected standards of customer service. I believe that Tim Hortons puts great emphasis on customer feedback and satisfaction, which is why it is so disappointing to experience such disregard for the survey.The staff members seemed disinterested and unfriendly during my visit. The cashier seemed preoccupied and rushed, barely acknowledging my presence or taking the time to answer my questions. The lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy from the employees was quite evident and left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.I hope that Tim Hortons takes my feedback seriously and addresses these concerns promptly. I have always enjoyed the Tim Hortons experience in the past, and I sincerely hope that this incident was an isolated one. I trust that Tim Hortons will take the necessary steps to ensure that their brand standards are upheld consistently across all locations.

Expect a lineup as this location is Central to downtown Kitchener, keep in mind the staff are doing what they can to prepare your order while being busy consistently and because of the rapid busyness and lack of employees present often orders are messed up or prepared too quickly and then served with a sense of disregard to The Customers.There is no public washroom located at this franchise outside the entrance way you will find a lot of People Loitering and Using. This is not an ideal location for people to bring their kids, but it is great for a quick stop to grab your Tim's or a bite on the Go. I personally don't visit this location by choice. But I have been once for the purpose of providing an honest review.

Several Tim’s cups sitting on the ledge, the handicapped Buttons both interior and exterior didn’t work, lines are always to the door and frequently outside, tables were all dirty, and I asked the cashier 4 times for a $40 Tim’s gift card but they kept adding hockey cards, and how come you can never find a maple dipped donut these days? Overall I feel the layout was designed completely wrong, and that they didn’t anticipate the long lines when building. The entire experience was terrible, and that’s with the expectation of visiting a fast food place.

Never had an issue really with the coffee, but this is one of the worst timmies for it’s layout. It doesn’t take many people for it to be crowded and as it being a hotspot because it’s the downtown timmies, it gets super busy and very slow! It’s also hard to maneuver a stroller in there..I quite often see fruit flies in the donut / muffin / baked goods stand (touching the food) so I stay away from those.

One of the worst Tim Hortons i’ve ever been to just because of its staff members.1. Every time you go there you’ll see a fruit fly in the donut, muffins section like in the picture.2. Staff is really unprofessional, rude and slow. They don’t greet you, unbothered about how big the line is and makes you feel like they are annoyed while taking the order.3. Service is super slow as staff is always busy in talking to each other.4. Coffee is really bad, how can you go wrong with simple double double. I guess they don’t change the coffee in the machine for very long time.Suggestion: Please train your staff and work on hygiene specially.
