Usually Harvey's is a great stop. We were out on the road and decided to pick up a quick burger. Not the best! The beverage was an extra charge and it was warm. Had to get a cup with ice. The chicken sandwich was disappointing. I had an Angus burger. It was good! My French fries were minimal.Usually Harvey's is good. Been going there for decades and always a great stop. I like the fact that you know what to expect. Maybe it a bad day. Still will keep using. Takeout location.

Placed a mobile order for a veggie burger combo. When opened the bag, found the fries were burnt leftover fries, seemed like they were sitting their for a while. Went back to the restaurant showed them the fries. Asked them to change the fries. When opened the bag again seemed no difference to me in the fries. Rather than replacing the fries seems like they gave some more fries of the same batch. Which were cold and burnt. I haven’t had such an experience at any other branches.

Best burger and poutine by far. This location is a joint Swiss Chalet and Harvey's with joined seating area. Washrooms are located on Swiss Chalet side with easy access and very clean. Order for a group of four - as we were dining in they indicated we could find seats in the dining room and they would call us when the food was ready for us to select toppings. Burgers were great as usual and I tried the poutine. Actually one of the best fast food poutines - real cheese curds, a good spiced brown gravy and firm, skin on, real potato fries. A good once in a while treat.

Placed an order and picked up my food. Ordered 1 angus burger with frings and 1 vegi burger with frings and a apple drink and coke.What i received was a cold angus burger overdone,burnt fries,3/4 of a cup of ice with coke. Burnt and cold vegi burger with more burnt fries. After driving back home I had to drive back to harveys which they right away gave me a new vegi burger and 2 fries. I ate the cold angus burger. After getting home for the second time. The vegi burger was now chard like it was cooked on the same grill as the meat which was not edible and still over done fries. The only thing that was good was the pickles and onion rings. After being a repeat customer this was the line of not going back. As it was second poor experience within 4 days.

Super long wait. Portions small. Thought my order was value meal instead of classic burger. Also food was warm due to slow service. This location is mixed with Swiss chalet, I won't be coming back here that's for sure and possibly other Harvey's as it just felt like a dollar store value meal for the price.

Typical Harvey's fare, Staff were attentive and completed the order as specified. The only real drawback of this location is that plaza has limited access depending on the direction you are traveling.

Extremely Long wait times in drive through only to get to the window finally and be told to go park along the line of cars in the parking lot that are all waiting for there foood.then after waiting once in the drive through then in the parking lot they come with the totally wrong order and I have to wait even long . This has to be the worst Harvey's

Burger was okay, but the fries were less than desireable...(photo) On top of that, I asked for ketchup and was told its in the bag". I was disappointed to find just 1-packet of ketchup in my bag to wash these fries down with. I do have enough salt & pepper for 4 more orders at least...Edit: felt it was especially important to show everyone more of these fries. Actually inedible? You tell me."
