..purchased toppits lobster claws...on sale from 28.99...to 18.99..sobeys Amherstburg ON...am not impressed ..glad i waited for them to go on sale.Wont ever buy again..sorry

The lobster was very dry the worst I've ever tasted. Will never purchase again. Had kind of an odd smell. I am from the East Coast I know Lobster I know Seafood

Purchased your king crab at christmas and it was okay. Just recently thought I would try it again...major rip off. Should be advertised as puny crab. I despise companies that do this. Will also be taking this up with Costco.

We have contacted the marketing department regarding availability of product in our area, the representatives have always responded to our queries and although sometime we may not be happy with the news we receive, we are always happy that that we receive a response. We have had a problem getting product in our area, and the stores that are supposed to carry the products do not have the same customer service priorities as Toppits does, which can be frustrating in getting answers on product availability, so going directly to the source has been very productive and informative for us. The people that we have contacted are very very knowledgable and provide excellent customer service, a rarity now a days.

Restaurant order toppits brand coconut shrimp and squid ring. Very disappointed. It looks like they made everything full hydrated before frozen. Shrink a lot after cooked . Lots of complaints from my customers.

Extremly good quality haddock fillets. It was like having resturant type fish and chips.

UPDATE! Toppits responded to this review and was very apologetic, professional and sincere to help fix this. We appreciate this and had to update the review. ORIG-updated: Lobster claws were not good. Bought for anniversary dinner, disappointed.

Worse scallops I ever ate…. I don’t even think it’s real scallops… If it were my first time trying scallops, I would never eat them again..

great selection and wonderful customer service
