Brought my older '94 truck in for a heater core replacement. A difficult but straight forward job.Went to pick it up the first time and found a pool of coolant underneath. Called the next day and they said it was a faulty clamp. (Should have been noticed)Went to pick it up the next day just hours and the battery was disconnected. Someone was inside so talked to them and they said the brake light switch broke and another was on order. They said the called but I did not get anything.Picked it up the next day and after driving for a week noticed the horn did not work.Clearly they dont test much after sending a vehicle out after service

We started using Ryno since moving here 3 years ago. They’re reliable, dependable and honest. The dealership we bought our vehicle from would often have a long (and expensive!) repairs list they’d recommend getting done. When I brought the list to Ryno they checked the car over and had a much shorter list, and they don’t gouge pricing like our dealership tries to. No more trips to the dealership. We leave our car’s repairs and maintenance in the good hands of Ryno. Thanks Ryno for your honesty and professionalism!

I got my snow tires installed today. They took me right on time and the task was completed satisfactorily in 1/2 hour. I have always been happy with the service I get. Today, however, I have to wait outside in the cold because of covid restrictions. As we move into fall and winter, I suggest allowing customers who must wait, to use a car that could keep them warm, or give them a lift to a mall or store where they can be warm to wait.

Made an appointment primarily for my brake pads to be changed, added winter tires and oil change for convenience. When making the appointment reiterated the need for new brake pads, so I was a little confused when I picked up my car and the brakes were not done - just a note saying the pads were at 40%. The work requested was not just incomplete, if was not even attempted. So I waited 2-weeks, adjusted my schedule for absolutely nothing - waste of time.

My fiance found Ryno first and raved about them (actually did). I was taking my SUV to the dealer previously and felt like I was getting ripped off.I have been taking my SUV to Ryno for over a year now and I have always had really great and very quick service. They've helped me out in a jam when I have called them day of.I originally came in requesting a quote for repairs the dealer had mentioned, and after a diagnostic I was told everything was ok.I highly recommend Ryno. My dad doesn't even want to fix my SUV anymore and just says to take it your garage

I blew the motor on my 2014 Silverado on a trip to Ottawa from Saskatchewan. These guys did an amazing job and kept it at an affordable price. I have never had such a great experience dealing with a shop before. These guys are the best of the best.

They made sure that I was comfortable and warm, and kept me informed at to the progress of my service request. Ryno Motors was recommended to me 3 years ago when we first moved to Almonte. I have had nothing but excellent service since and Ryan, the owner, recently navigated thru a difficult tire warranty issue, with the manufacturer, for me. He took it on when he didn’t have to and that speaks volumes about him and this local business. I certainly recommend having your vehicle serviced there.

I called to make an appointment for my car. I got a Friday appointment, I called to see if there is a way they would do it sooner and they guy said in a day or two. After looking and seeing I have a Friday appointment (I called 2 different #’s) he said I cancelled my own appointment and hung up on me. I called back to see what happened he wouldn’t even let me get a word in. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have experienced in my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone as clearly you have to kiss their behind to even get in.
