I love their cake roll so much! And Taiyaki is my favorite! The Japanese song they play in shop is really nice . I am glad that they create such an unique dessert cafe in Victoria.The price is acceptable. I had very good experiences in Chimoto and I will definitely come back!

It's awful. I ordered castle in the sky. But it was totally different. They served with melted milk ice cream without any explain. I asked it looks so different, and they said green-tea ice cream was sold out. It's the worst dessert cafe where I've experienced. Employees don't seem to have any basic knowledge about their menu. They also didn't understand what dango is. I will never visit here again. If you want to waste your time and money, then come here.

It was great to see a Japanese Cafe in town. The store's unique decoration made it stand out. I enjoyed its ice-cream and cheesecake. Staffs are super friendly, and I will definitely come back.

It is the worst cake you can ever have. The wooden spoon had more taste than the cake itself.Only the visual might look some sort Japanese. Dollar store cake had more taste than these god awfully things.

4/5 to the soft serve icecream in a fish-shaped waffle cone, made on the spot. A little too eggy for my taste, could have been more crunchy.2-3/5 to the charcoal roll. It wasn't that good and the simple taking it out of the fridge to put it on a plate did not do it for me. I could have bought it in the supermarket for a much cheaper price. I would go back for the icecream but I'm hesitant to take the risk on something else as the roll was not worth the 8-9 dollar tag.The person behind the counter was nice and polite.

The desserts and drinks are VERY GOOD! The made them taste sweet yet not too sweet, which really enhances the matcha or creamy flavours.Also, everything they sell are hand-made in store by their dessert-specialists, as I got to the store early one day and saw them making the cakes and rolls, as well as the puddings and Tai-cream.
