Me and my fiancé are so grateful we got to walk in for a nail trim today. Not only that, but our dog hates having his nails done.The owner was very professional and did such a great job. He’s a nervous dog and she was able to put him at ease and was super patient with him.Despite there being other groomers closer to where we live, we will definitely come back! We would never have been able to do it ourselves! Thank you so much!

I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered Tatiana and her remarkable team at the grooming salon for our beloved dog, Thor. After experiencing their exceptional service twice, I can confidently say that every aspect of their care has been a delight. Being a yorkie, achieving the desired results can be quite challenging, but Tatiana and her team went above and beyond, delivering a flawless 100% job. Their patience, utmost professionalism, genuine care, and affection towards Thor were truly remarkable, even during moments when he became slightly agitated. As a result, we have become loyal customers without hesitation.

I take my senior dog (15 yrs old) to this place and can honestly tell you, Tatiana is the best groomer I know. My dog gets impatient and moves quite a bit which makes the grooming process more challenging however Tatiana always does an amazing job. He comes home smelling so nice and looking like a prince. I had a positive experience taking my 2-yo cavapoo to PetVille Spa for his Summer haircut. Tatiana was kind and caring with him, even though he has sensitive paws and gives a hard time when someone is touching his paws. It was the first time that a groomer got his Summer haircut right, he looked very charming and cute.In my opinion, the best thing about PetVille Spa is that the place is open and parents can see their dogs while they are being groomed, which does not happen at places like Uberdog and Dogs & Bubbles. Also, dogs are not kept in cages if they are behaving well, there are toys and beds available while they wait for their parents to pick them up.Tatiana has 10+ years of grooming experience and my dog looked gorgeous and happy after his time with her! Thank you, Tatiana, for the amazing job!!!

Since moving to Toronto, we have struggled to find a groomer that cuts our dog how we like him. Thankfully we walked past and found Petville Spa and Charlie has been going there ever since. Tatiana at Petville Spa is simply amazing. She did such a great job of my elderly cats very difficult nail trimming, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is compassionate and gentle and I feel lucky I found Petville Spa

My appreciation for Tatiana is indescribable. I have a senior cat with thick long claws that were on the verge of puncturing her paws. Tatiana was AMAZING with her. She was so gentle and patient and was able to clip all her nails perfectly. I should mention my cat is not an easy cat to deal with. She bites and scratches but Tatiana was able to get everything done while ensuring my cat was safe and as comfortable as possible. I honestly can’t thank you enough, Tatiana. So grateful for you. I highly recommend Petsville Spa to any fur parents out there. You will not be disappointed!!
