Thanks very much to replace my furnace after 2-hour call.Tidy ,on-time and efficient services from Green Energy. Had worked with them for a long time ,Green Energy always put customers' safety and concern in the first place.My family and friends are way happy with them as well.Thanks again --Green Energy.Appreciated A Lot!

Green Energy is a very bad company to deal with.They installed a wrong size of AC coils on top of the furnace so the furnace's power was limited by 1/3. As a result my house could not be cooled down during summer (the temperature actually rose up during the hot days). When I complained they came to check but rather than address the issue, they measured the temperature in the closest vent and left.They also failed to install proper thermostat for the system. I have a variable speed furnace and they did not install a thermostat that would work with the variable speed unit but left an old thermostat. In result the furnace worked as a two speed rather than variable one.I invited Applewood and Atlas Care and they both confirmed that Green Energy did a shabby job. They were shocked especially to see 2/3 size of the AC coils on top of the furnace reducing the airflow by 1/3 between the furnace and the duct.

I used Green Energy services and bit disappointed at the end when they refused to fulfill the portion of the service that was in contract. My contract includes buying AC, Furnace, water tank and run the gas lines for few outlets that was inspected & witnessed by Mr. Michael at the time of his first visit followed by the time of signing the contract. Once all done and when actual work gets kicked off, I was told by Mr. Michael that he charged me less for running the gas lines and it is my fault ( please, keep in mind he visited 2 twice as mentioned above) and I do have the proof etc.In contract I had specifically asked, he has to send technician to install connect my gas dryer with the same gas line he charged and that was agreed and made part of the contract. Guess what, when I asked when I bought gas dryer and he refused with the reason, he charged less for gas lines and I would have to pay extra or ask someone else. I asked multiple times to respond my email saying you are not fulfilling what you had signed as legal contract and he never responded. All the time he preferred to call me and asked for extra money.What I have said earlier, I fully owned and have all my proof other than contract, emails, voice messages, videos etc.Anyways, just wanted to share my experience and bit surprised when people think they signed the legal contract and safe!!===============My this post is the response of the comments posted by Green Energy.As stated by them the day of the installation location was changed. In reality and as I had mentioned above plus based on text messages, Green Energy personnel visited the site 1) for the estimation 2) Signing the contract 3) day of installation and few other times after that.During the first visit (job estimation) the scope of work was discussed, measured followed by contract was prepared and signed.Based on their comment if scope was changed then my question that I always asked and never got answer, how this contract was closed? I paid full payment and they signed as well. If there was any amount that I owe, shouldn't that mention on the contract?Green Energy personnel started this extra/more cost discussion since i started to compliance the item mentioned in the contract. That was; they were suppose to send a technician to hookup the gas dryer once I buy that. When I bought and asked to send the technician then once again extra cost topic started by them and I ended up doing without them.To conclude, my point is they estimated the job, visit the site, completed the job based on the contract prepared and signed and payed except for the item related to sending the technician to complete the gas dryer installation ( gas connections was also done by them) and I n my opinion they owe for the service they didn't meet as per the contract.

I contacted this company when my old water heater broke and leaked on Sunday. and they came right away to fix the leak and replace it with a new tankless model. The machine works very well now.

I'm very happy with the service that was provided. Michael is accountable, knows what he's doing, and is able to explain what I actually need, instead of coming up with crazy quotes and extract as much money out of the customer as other services have been designed to do. He's been able to identify and troubleshoot the AC problem, and propose the least amount of changes so that I can save some money. I highly recommend Michael for your HVAC needs. For a full system change I was quoted from 7000 to 11000 and for the AC ,3600 to 7000$ brand dependent. ITS THE INSTALL THAT MATTERS as most brands are equally good. With GREEN ENERGY HOME SERVICES I saw good ratings, one poor review that defies logic, and several great reviews. At the consult Michael Wu, CEO, was punctual, professional, courteous in assessing my needs, gave me numbers and discussed warranties. I’ve learnt that most data on the internet refers to the SOUTHERN STATES but our needs are very differentin Canada as our summers are short. I soon realized that I needed a quiet AC without the bells and whistles. I needed a new AC in a different location, new lines, clean presentation and finish, proper function and certified installers that were employed by Mr Wu. Michael sheltered on my porch during a storm and over a coffee I found him to be Sincere and humble. Michael is an engineer , determined, hardworking and fair. He has tenacity and eyes the quality controll in his young HVAC company. He is eager to provide a reputable service. I run two companies and understand his concerns and frustration. As regards extended warranties most companies require you to pay 100$ at least to keep it active.MICHAEL GAVE ME A 5YR WARRANTY THAT WAS DECENT AND INCLUDED LABOUR. A 3 Ton unit was ordered for my 2800 sqft home. On install day Michael came to confirm everything with his techs. The old unit and coils were removed, a new condenser, coils, lines, breaker, slab over gravel placed with checks for leaks, pressure everything according to code. Michael showed up to check it upon completion and informed me regarding its maintenance. The AC was registered for warranty. These guys really know what they are doing and I am highly recommending them. Impressive, professional clean and hardworking for 6 hours. Thank you for a terrific install and at an affordable cost Michael !!

Just replaced a new furnace by Green Energy. They are tidy and very professional. Arrived on time and did a good job. We are very happy and will strongly recommend to our friends!

I have had Michael service two air conditioning units and two furnaces. On each occasion he took the time to explain any issues that he found and the options for resolution. I have been very satisfied with Michael's services and feel his pricing is reasonable. He also replaced a horizontally-mounted furnace for me which required a modification to the drain line. Michael explained to me why the standard drain line would not be suitable and how the modified version would address the requirement.
