Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs, basic envelope defects (leaky roof vents and cracking EFIS) were not even covered through their impartial reviews. Their contract/coverages are overbroad and subjective to their favour and nothing anyone should agree with.

Very poor customer relations. Staff don't return phone calls and and refuse claims without any discussion. Just email copies of legal contract which contains enough loopholes to avoid any responsibility. I am out of pocket over a thousand dollars to repair the heating system in a house that is only a year and a half old. This policy is definitely not worth what we paid for it.

They have lied to our Strata Council about claims, done poor, unsafe repairs and not to BC Building Code. They refuse to answer questions, refuse to take phone calls, take months to respond to emails. Unprofessional communication and totally mismanaged! Rude customer service" who don't care at all. This is the worst of the worst. If you value your home

I was very impressed with my first experience with Pacific Home Warranty, all credit goes to their claims representative Ryan M. who went above and beyond to help me with a very frustrating situation with the builder. He made sure the builder connected with me in every step of the way. Ryan made an upsetting situation more than manageable. Thank you Ryan!
