We upgraded as my husband is vision impaired. The service was amazing, food and beverage well above average. Seats wide and comfortable. Best flight ever.

Air Canada please explain why the flights from Toronto to Athens and Athens to Toronto are always delayed. Some of us have connecting flights that we most likely not make. I want to specified that we left from Calgary connecting in Toronto. Our Calgary check in experience and service always superb.

My flight was changed due to Covid (direct flight changed to a connecting flight) but the process was SO EASY to simply click a button to cancel my flights, and another button to request a FULL REFUND. No hassle, no questions asked, no long hold times or other hoops to jump through. After having struggled with WestJet for refunds, I am SO PLEASED I had chosen Air Canada this time. I will definitely be choosing Air Canada again in the future.

Flew from Halifax to London via Montreal. Staff at the airports and on the flights were extremely friendly and professional. The planes were very comfortable with great touchscreen entertainment with lots of content, powersports to charge devices, ample legroom and an overall comfortable seat. Both flights were right on time making the connection to the London flight in Montreal seamless. The meal on the flight to London was much above average compared to other airlines I've flown across the Atlantic. Checked bag made it with no issues. Cannot really complain about anything on this trip.
