Took my iPhone in to get is assessed (screen was frozen and unresponsive). Harjot quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to repair it with all necessary parts in 30mins. Price was good and customer service was fantastic.I’ve tried every other cell repair outlet in Market Mall and MobileCare is THE best option for sure. If you go elsewhere I would be very cautious.

2 days ago. Spent $400 for replacement screen, ghost Armour screen protector and an otter box case. Son dropped it out of his locker and these guys are claiming not their responsibility due to physical damage? Seriously!!. I paid cash no receipt, now he's telling me too bad. Consider this when purchasing from these guys.Spoke with a reputable company and the fact that they're using liquid glue is a red flag. Proper seals are provided when they order genuine parts which he said they did I wouldn't waste my time letting you fix it again for free. You obviously aren't using proper parts and procedures.You had the chance to fix it when I was there last night to make it 100% and you didn't. Now I've posted publicly, you want to help. You aren't fooling me twice.I recommend fix factory canada. They come to you and these guys even gave me a discount for having to deal with these scammers.

Harjot fixed my son’s broken screen on his iphone and he did an AMAZING job!! He was excellent to deal with and his prices were very reasonable. It truly looks like a brand new phone!! I will definitely use this company for any future needs and highly recommend him to anyone needing cell phone repairs.

If you go in this store, Talha is the guy to speak to! He is very courteous, polite and professional and will definitely help you and give you the best advice. I actually had my phone fixed at another Mobile Care location in another province, there were some hiccups along the way so I was advised to come to this location now that I'm in Alberta, so they can take a look at it in the lab. Talha explained to me the process in detail of what they will be doing, gave me a demo/loaner phone to use in the meantime, and was super helpful throughout the entire process. The last thing you want is to spend $400 to fix a phone screen and have issue with it afterwards, so I'm so glad that these guys are professional and their word means something as I use my phone to conduct business and it's essentially my lifeline for work. Thank you for all your help, for the additional work you put in and for the free screen protector you added to compensate for the previous mistakes and time it took to fix. I'd be glad to recommend you to any friends and family.

The service was so nice and fast, honestly I couldn't ask for anyone better to handle my phone (20 minutes for a screen replacement as well as a discount on the otterbox cases, the best price in town tbh)

Harjot is amazing... eveytime I have an issue with my phone he goes above and beyond to help me and makes sure he gives me the best service possible to always help me.. he charges at a decent prices and he has great communication with his customers.. I was so devastated about my phone being broken and he helped me to the best of his ability...I'm always satisfied and get the help I need from their service.Highly recommend this shop for fixing phones.

mobile care contacted us and offered to fix the back glass for FREE! They have a great customer service team and would now highly recommend! Quality is still not as good as Apple but it get's the job done!

They did a wonderful job replacing my iPhone 11 battery, was in and out within 20min.I do wish they were a bit more transparent about losing the battery health indicator- it would’ve been good to know that information before the repair, though they did tell me that my phone would give me a notification about the battery change. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the repair, and my phones battery is significantly better.
