Akanksha was very helpful during my time in this store. She was very informative and patient. She also recommended things for my new phone and gave a lot of options. Glad to have been helped by someone who’s knowledgeable on such a busy weekend of the year :) thanks again!

Buyers beware of return policy tryed to return a Christmas gift went to tillicum location employees were not very professional sent me to Douglas location they weren't much better go someplace else don't waste time and money at Rodgers !!

I used to come to this store all the time, they had a great group of boys especially their manager Mr.Tofik. However it seems that none of the old employees remain anymore and the service has noticeably gone downhill. I switched to the uptown location which isn't much better mind you untill my wife found out that Mr.Tofik relocated to tbooth mobile just down the hallway! Perfect for me because I still get to keep my Rogers plan and have amazing customer service, Thank you Mr.Tofik!

So impressed with the service I received today. Big thank you to Toufik, who achieved more than I expected, I am very happy with my phone and plan. I had even gone in looking to end my account with them and now I am so glad I didnt... Definitely go to this Rogers location if you can. Above and beyond service!

I would like to commend Shaun who helped me start a new account and went through all the details of getting set up and trading in a phone for a new device. He was professional, patient and courteous in all respects. I felt appreciated and respected as a customer. This kind of service does not exist much these days and this young person exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Shaun!! You made my day and are an excellent example of an exemplary representative for Rogers. They should be very proud of you.

Great help today with sorting out a phone problem. Toufik was over the top helpful, went out of his way to solve the problem for my elderly mother. He was extremely respectful, patient and addressed her directly which she appreciates. Could not be better service. In fact I noticed all the staff there were patient and attentive with the customers and spent the time needed for the person to understand the plans and phones.

Friendly and well kept staff. Lovely clean store. Was super helpful with making me a well designed plan. Definitely go to this location for excellent service both staff and phone wise! :)Update: Has greatly declined since changing of staff. Kieran and Tofi seem to not be there anymore. Staff currently is either unfriendly or seems less knowledgeable.

Do not shop here, current staff are unhelpful, surly and unpleasant. To top off the experience, the store smelled like a dirty locker room. People in customer service need to pay more attention to personal hygiene and to serving the customers. Previous members of staff were much better in all respects.

I switched my account from Fido to Rogers to join my husband's account. The whole process took us less than 15 minutes. The staff was thorough and friendly. Made our store experience a comfortable one!

Terrible and very unhelpful service. Wireless Wave has better service. And to top it off I dropped a call to Rogers in the Rogers store. Good luck!! You lost my business of 14 years.
