I recently brought in a new watch I received as a gift and asked the “watch expert/jeweller” if the metal around the watch face could be polished. He told me he’d do it for $20 and I could pick it up the next day. Surprisingly, when I came to pick it up the silver plating around the watch face was destroyed and the only compensation or customer service I was met with was excuses. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and competence of a so called “professional”.

For our 12th wedding Anniversary, my husband and I sought Kalpesh's expertise after seeing a friend that had a custom engagement ring made by him. While we were not the regular diamond customer, what we were looking for was a Black Diamond ring and Kalpesh did not disappoint. I requested an Oval Cut Black Diamond ring set in a custom designed band. This was the best decision I made as it met every expectation. Thank you for taking us through the process. Thank you for making my dream ring a reality. It is a show stopper. Now let's begin planning the next one...

I went to their store to have a few watch links removed on my watch. They were so nice. The staff there cleaned my wedding band/necklace for free. They resized my watch and I purchased some gold cleaner.What a fantastic experience, great prices, quick service.I Highly Recommend them. 100% Satisfied :)

Very positive online purchasing experience. I wanted to buy a Tissot watch listed on the Tissot website as out of stock. After failing to get any one of the retailers in my hometown to place the order, I enquired with Arnik Jewellers. One of the store staff Kalpesh made the enquiries, advised me on the wait time and took my order. About a month later, the watch arrived. Excellent service, compared to the shops in my town, who didn't seem to want my business.

Excellent unique selection from all over the world. I went to many jewelers. I did not see anything even 20% as diverse as his selection. A lot of hand made masterpieces. I went for repair and had two bracelets. Both were repaired perfectly. One needed laser welding which Arnik arranged for us in short order for an excellent price!
