I am a retired home builder and went to Caplan's to look at new appliances for my upcoming kitchen renovation. My wife and I met with Angelo Moutoulas at a time where taking delivery of any appliances was next to impossible due to the pandemic slow down. Angelo found exactly what we needed at a fair price. The appliances were delivered on time and he took care of everything including finding some missing parts.

Our recent experience with Caplan's was simply amazing and it was because of the excellent customer service provided by Ali Shojaei! Ali was referred by friends who had done a complete home reno and told us about the great experience they had with him. Even though our project was very small in comparison (we were replacing an old column built in fridge) Ali was super responsive via phone, email and text. He made the entire experience almost too easy! He gave us options that were in stock, coordinated delivery and installation for us. We now have a beautiful Jenn-air fridge that looks like it has always been there and no one would know it is a replacement for another built in. The delivery team and installers were also really great. On time, efficient and professional. Thank you Ali and Caplans!

I’ve bought at Caplan’s before and returned recently to purchase a new, stacked washer and dryer set, because of their amazing service - both shopping and post-purchase. My sales person Jeff Hoogendam, was great in helping me understand my options and aspects to consider and provided a great deal for me. I also needed to do all of this virtually via email, text and phone calls and he made the whole process extremely easy. Another aspect I like about Caplan’s is that they take care of delivery, dismantling old appliances and installing the new ones (most companies won’t do the dismantling which can be extra challenging in a stacked unit situation). There was one small mishap by the installation team, but Caplan’s responded quickly and resolved it. It is when these rare mishaps happen, that you want to know that the company you bought from will make everything right and they did not disappoint, re-affirming why I shop with them.

Best Deal in Toronto and Best Sales reps ever. We met Angelo at Caplan on Saturday, his holiday day.ANGELO was very approachable and very detail oriented. He took the time to educate us about different brands and which one is the best... After 3 days I came back and in a short meeting we were able to hammer a deal and I sign a contract to get all the appliances we needed.Why did we choose Caplan's over its competition?1) Caplan's has a higher rating than any of his competition on Google.2) Angelo is a no BS man. Immediately work with us to get us the best appliances with the best deal.3) The team of Caplan's is friendly and very customer oriented. Courteous all the time and helpful.4) Angelo and Steve the manager are very down to earth and very respectful even of their competition.
