Blanca was extremely helpful and was very efficient and effective in resolving the issue relative to the phone and accessing of billing statements at the Wye Road site in Sherwood Park. Will definitely return to this site if future problems relative to my phone and services arise.

They tried to sell me things i didnt ask for or need.

My son just bought the newest iPhone, he was helped quickly, given great service, the gentleman even figured out a way to get him the 1st time customer rate, even though I have been a Telus Mobility customer for over 15 years. He was a 6+ years Virgin Mobility customer looking for a decent monthly rate and/or a lower cost on the device, they refused. I recommended this Telus location and an hour later, he had his new phone and was extremely happy.

She was extremely professional and friendly.It’s truly important to get the proper assistance from someone who knows and suggest the best services and products for you.

Apparently you can not buy a voucher for koodo prepaid at this store. Or maybe it’s because it’s 5 minutes before their closing and they just want to go home. Be aware and avoid this store. Such a waste of time

Sold us a Smart Hub for rural internet. Told us its 2 years unlimited data no overage charges. Wrong.Called and left VM. no call back. Now they just spike me or hang up when I call them. Terrible support.

My phone smashed a couple days ago but the experience has been way better than ive ever had before. I managed to get a new phone along with a cell phone plan that makes sense for my lifestyle. The new screen protection recommended for my samsung galaxy 10 is actually really great and my case is staying on! I was fortunate enough being in store yesterday as the samsung rep Dan showed me some new tips and tricks on my phone that will help accelerate my business in ways i hadnt considered and he has saved me so much time and money because of it! Thank you everyone at telus store working yesterday you handled yourselves with so much professionalism with evey customer coming through the door no matter what age! I was directly with the store manager most of yesterday but i do know the other staff helped assist whenever they had the chance. Thank you for everything!!

October 31 2020 Got new Iphone11 with plan. Was asked to leave the store before wireless data transfer was complete. As store was closing.Told data fee canceled. Nov1 ,phone not working right. Not accepting pass code. Called Apple. On with tech over 1 hour. Could not solve .Said would send instructions in 2 days. Nov2 Went back to store. Told nothing they could do. I have to go to an Apple store or wait instructions. Talked to Telus main Calgary help line. Suggested I go to a corporate store for help instead of Apple. But Apple store was closer. Plan to go on day off. Nov4. Apple sent help instructions which worked. Conclusion :even though it may cost more I will go to an Apple store next time for an Apple product.

Bad business set up. Came in wanting to renew my plan and purchase a $250 phone, planned to be there 10 minutes. Waited for almost two hours while the two employees helped customers in front of me by explaining difference between iPhone and iPad and extensively explaining difference between phone cases. They also have priority to all phone calls despite me waiting in person. They weren't bad employees, but by catering to these uninformed customers for such a long time, they lost my quick and pricey business. I'm ordering online instead.
