Located off the beaten path atCountryhills Blv and 38st Ne.It's a brand new store. Well at least to me. Store is clean, organized, and lots of staff on hand. Staff is very helpful. I couldn't find what I was looking for because they were moving stuff around. However they did tell me where the item I was looking for was relocated. Overall a nice store.The only thing that I thought wasn't good was the way you had to enter the checkout area. You have to walk all the way to the other end of the store to check out and walk all the way back from where you started to the exit doors this can make it very incovieniant for people with a disability. The tills are not located in the middle of the store by the exit doors like most of the other stores.I took some pictures of it..Overall I gave it a 4 star because of that.

Very nice new looking store in a decent enough location. Lots of parking and the store was clean and well laid out. Was very easy to find what I was looking for.

After calling and assuring that the item I need was in stock, I drove for over an hour to find out its nowhere to be found. The employee said there is nothing they can do and walked away. Very frustrating hence the 1 star. If I could give zero, i would.

The store itself was clean and tidy and well organized. Service was a bit slow considering the store was not busy, but once we were helped, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent auto store, huge selection and friendly staff. Have almost everything I needed for my vehicle and much more. We ended up spending 40 minutes looking different accessories and parts.Reasonable price, this is the type of store that my dad will spend hours looking at everything. Haha

Very well stocked with great pricing. Very clean and tidy place so you can find what you are looking for. The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Always a great place to shop.

They helped me to find the appliances. Nice and respectful employees.

Literally one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Standing in line of customer service for 15 minutes, staff coming in-and-out completely ignoring me, only then to be told you can't even look up previous receipts. What store can't do that in this day and age? Then offered half of what I paid for the item just last week. I took the item back and walked out, I can get more on Kijiji then they offered me on a brand new item.

Sooooo many tools! Had a great time shopping here. There is such a great variety of products here. Even in the snacks! The staff was extremely friendly and pointed out that some of the deals were Princess Auto location specific. No wonder so many rave about this store. They had fun decorations up for the holiday season.

Customer service is non-existent. Two sales girls were too busy stocking shelves to stop and help a customer. All they could say is, we have nothing like that, but they were not interested in stopping and trying to understand what I needed. Went to Canadian Tire and they promptly helped me find exactly what I needed. The expression used to be, A Customer is not an inconvenience
