A really good clinic, but they are horrendously understaffed.Hour and a half wait times outside as the wait line starts inside, and wraps around half the building. 20 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone if at all.Welcome to Kelowna, where instead of rewarded for hard work, you're exploited

My heart goes out to the people working here. Although my visit started out with a lady at the front trying to send me away as my requisition package contained many tests some like the ECG which they don't do she reconsidered after I talked with her (wasn't ready to turn back after an hour wait and knew I was in the right place) Lauren took my blood and she was really fantastic turned the whole visit around and is an amazing person. Overall I wish they had more staff as they seem tremendously overworked. If you visit please have patience as they are struggling too.

I have been to this location 4 times in the past 2 months. The staff are always friendly and efficient. You can expect a wait as this location (like the others) is always busy. There isn’t really a “good time” to go to avoid the wait. That being said, I’m usually in and out within 40 minutes. Would recommend this valley medical location :)

It took 2.5 hours to get my blood work done. 45 min wait outside in line up. No seating you have to stand. They were short staffed. If you can’t stand in cold or heat. Go to downtown lab or Rutland.Call before to see how lines are moving at the mission KLO lab.

Very Frustrating for the elderly.. Considering.. What really bothers me is the lack of updates on their website.. And just resenty a appointment is offered at the Misson location. And the appointment process is not shown on website. There's Two separate lines outside.. Appointment and non appointment. How can I make an appointment? Once your in the service is form one extreme to the other.. Can be very frustrating all lack of constant protocol. The new on line booking appointment system is called something like netlink"or" fastnet" a name that has no association with lab works."

I work until 4 pm everyday Monday to Friday and have been trying to get in to get blood work done. Got off work early a few times and keep getting sent away. Been trying to get in for a week. Go to Leon Ave instead. They also close at 430.

I went there 10 minutes before closing and they sent me back saying they are closing in 5 minutes. They should advertise it if they are not taking any patients in certain time frame before closing. Very frustrating.

Waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by the receptionist even though I was first in in queue. After giving my care card and paperwork, I waited a further 15 minutes, all I required was a sample kit to take home, should only take a few minutes to arrange. Ended up walking out without my sample kit after 35 minutes, very dissatisfied. Will not be using this lab again.

The staff at this location are incredible. The wait time was not bad at all. I arrived at 3:45ish and probably waited around 25 mins to get in. A lady came in when they were just about to close and stated she had just called in to come in for 4:00pm (it clearly states on there site this clinc is walk in only first come first serve). The lady was somewhat rude to the staff and the staff were extremly respectful and professional with there approach and even appologiized for the miscommunication (which had nothing to do with them). When I was getting my blood taken I was very nervous and I mentioned this to the member taking my blood.she was very understanding and comforting. I will always get my blood work here from now on. Highly reccomended.

Rude receptionist the front desk lady was trying to intimidate you even your being so polite..just sad that there are people like this! Just to make you feel that their ahead of you!
