I had the exact same problem as the review before this one. I ordered on line based on the photo they show. What was received was not even close other than the color. After trying to come to a solution with the owner, I found her taking no responsibility and placing blame on others for the issues with the flowers. The upgraded" roses were bruised and the bouquet was filled with greenery as filler instead of a full bouquet of flowers that was ordered. After every excuse she gave me

Bought orchid plant, it looked like already lived it's life in store. Few flowers dropped n few droopy after q week. My daughter called to complain but the owner seemed rude. Will not shop there any more.

I ordered 17 long stem roses for a function on Friday . I was embarrassed handing them out . The roses weren’t fresh, had no scent at all and their stems were haphazardly cut. Of course when I collected them they were arranged in such a way that it wasn’t immediately obvious to me how poorly they’d been assembled . The ribbons were an array of colors and some weren’t even tied properly . I paid $120 dollars which quite frankly was money thrown down the drain . Clearly my order wasn’t important enough . I will never set foot in this shop again . Get your act together people !

We ordered two bouquets for pickup for Mother's Day and both were ready right when we arrived. The customer service we received was amazing! The flowers were stunningly beautiful and have lasted really well!

Lydia did a stunning job on my wedding flowers and it exceeded EVERY expectation I could possibly have. When I got to see the flowers in person for the first time, I was in tears... I couldn't believe how she could possibly design exactly what I'd been looking to have without knowing me in person... I know that Lydia designed the flowers with my taste in mind, but it was the MOST BEAUTIFUL one I have ever seen in my life, and I was so blessed that it was for my wedding day.We received so many compliments for our flowers. Not only the guests, but the restaurant manager, photographer, and those who work with weddings a lot. I'm still amazed by how beautiful the flowers are even till today.Will definitely 100% recommend Lydia to my friends for her flowers in the future!!
