I had my passport picture taken here. It was rejected by Service Canada. The picture was washed out, very little colour in the picture. Service Canada, stated this happens often with the UPS store pictures. UPS Store , Please fix the way you take pictures.

Staff person had 10 things on the go, and still kept the customers moving. She was quick, informative and knowledgeable. She knew exactly who to call to be sure on cross border shipping, got an answer quick filled out proper documentation and with insurance and tracking it was less then the quote another company quoted. This store offers printing services, anything up to engineering drawings. They have packing materials on site to sell and use for your packages. She called me by my name, listened carefully to the details. She is very sharp. Well done! I would come back in a new york minute.
