I was a bit nervous to come to this place but I am glad I did. The customer service is outstanding. I did not have an appointment and it was my first time there. I was assisted promptly and was treated like I was a long time loyal customer. Additionally, I was accommodated right away. I cannot remember the aesthetician’s name who help me. (Lasandra maybe) but good job to this whole team…Please consider a raise for them!! I was struggling with a few hygiene issues, and it was immediately relieved. Thank you guys so much. Will def recommend!

I came here for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate without any problems which was sooo lucky. It was my first time here, and the lady who sugared me was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable which really made the experience a lot more enjoyable. She gave super detailed instructions for aftercare and wasn’t pushy even if I declined the product she pitched. Overall a great experience I would go back and recommend others to come here!

Amazing service and staff! This place is extremely clean and professional. They make you feel comfortable at all times, and you can definitely tell they take pride on the work they do. And the prices are affordable and worth it! I tried this place after a few others and it does not compare. I've been a client since mid 2022 and I highly recommend them! They also sell after care products that are definitely worth it.

My sister first introduced me to Van years ago near the start of her business and she’s been the best. When Covid was really bad and life got busy I did my own eyebrows for a bit, but I’ll always return to Bikiwax. I’ve never left unhappy or had to play around with my eyebrows after leaving which is huge for me. Van’s great at what she does & you can tell she cares about her clients and providing customer service that is above and beyond in the way she takes her time and checks in with you before leaving. If reliability, consistency, cleanliness and professionalism is important to you this is the place to go.

I am never dissatisfied when I go to Bikiwax. Everyone is always so friendly and inviting. I have been seeing Van for a couple years now and she absolutely never disappoints. I was someone who was never really comfortable going and getting waxing done, so I always avoided it. I don't have those concerns at Bikiwax. From day one I felt very comfortable!

This was one of the worst experiences i had at a waxing place. I booked an appointment the day of, for my mom and i. Once we arrived they started with my waxing, then my mom but the lady said she has another client, even though i booked two appointment but she insisted i only booked one appointment only.My mom then saw another lady and when she asked her about prices she was unaware about anything. When we got to the front they told us our total which was astonishing. i’ve NEVER paid this much for waxing. It’s WAY to expensive i will never go there again. My mom got her Sideburns/cheeks and chin waxed for $65. Ridiculous pricing i recommend going to any other place then this one.The service was almost robotic and not warm or welcoming.

I didn’t catch the lady who did my tattoo removal name for my eyebrows but she was very nice.The place is fresh. It’s not hot it’s not warm. everyone there is very nice. It smells nice. It’s very girly and clean.Make sure you’re really comfortable especially when they see you’re in pain they will try their best to comfort you.

As I walked in I already felt so welcome! They are so professional & so kind as well. I had Komal as my Esthetician, she was so amazing! Komal made the process of waxing go so smoothly for me. She also gave me many tips & help me out with the many options available, especially being my first time waxing. I am really glad that I choose BikiWax as my location to get my first wax. I know for sure that I will definitely be coming back and will only be going to BikiWax my waxing. Thank you again! :)
