Dr. Willans and the entire staff at the Landing animal clinic are amazing! It's obvious how much everyone there cares about the animals they treat, and they're always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I have. The clinic is diligent about following up on every concern - no matter how minor, and they dote on my kitty as if she was their own. Dr. Willans has always seemed prepared and well-researched on every problem I've had, and I can genuinely say that she has my kitty's best interest in mind in every situation. I've never seen any of the other vets at the clinic, but I've heard nothing but great things from those who have. I have also found their treatments to be very reasonably priced, and have never felt pressure to have unnecessary tests or to purchase expensive products. I would recommend Dr. Willans and the Landing animal clinic to anyone who's looking for great care for their furry loved-ones!

Wonderful Veterinary office with excellent Vets and friendly and helpful staff. Experienced General and Specialist Vets are assisted by wonderful Vet techs and receptionists that provide caring and compassionate service for our dogs. With multiple dogs we definitely appreciate their front line staff who coordinate visits and triage appointments during emergency situations.

This clinic has recently been sold and the vet that used to look after my lovely Sophie is no longer there. When I phoned the clinic to ask for the name of the antibiotic that was previously used for my dog they outright refused to give me the name.I would never recommend this clinic now that Dr. Willans has left. Obviously not a very caring facility if they won't even pass along the name of the antibiotic.Shameful. Do not take your pets here as the new management and vets are not in it business for the care of your pet. I wish there was an option for zero rating stars because I wouldn't even give them 1 which I was forced to do or it would not post.

Recently I had to say goodbye to my very best fur buddy after 17 great years. The staff at landing animal clinic were very understanding, comforting and their professionalism was on point in helping me deal with my pain. Their care and the comfort level they gave to my little man Scottie was the exact reason why I have always gone and will continue to go to them again.

I brought my large (60lbs) senior dog (almost 14 years) in to be “put down” because he suddenly had trouble getting up, walking, was staggering, throwing up. He was not in good shape, I was sure it was time. This was a second opinion. The doctor was in the room for less than a minute, recognized his symptoms as a seemingly classic case of peripheral vestibular disease. A condition that most likely will just go away in a short period of time (days) with minimal treatment. OMG, we were SO happy. I’ve been going to this clinic with my dogs (I’ve had a few) since 1988 and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are lovely and the Techs will always talk to me on the phone if I have concerns or questions. The Docs are knowledgeable and do not pressure me, they accommodate my comfort level for treatment.

They got me in as soon as they could and were extremely friendly and welcoming. Moose actually walked into the vet clinic with a wagging tail which never happens. They were so gentle and kind with him! They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg to visit, I expected a bill in the hundreds and instead they only charged me for the stuff I needed to take home.Thank you guys so much!!We will definitely be coming back!

I love this clinic. From when you walk in, to the treatment, to the vet, to the technician, you can really tell everyone there is passionate about animal care. My spouse has been taking his pets there for over 25 years. We don't live in the city anymore, but this is our vet. One of our dogs was so skittish around people but Dr.Milne was able to keep him calm and get him to take treats from him which is next to impossible some days. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who asks me.

All of the vets and staff at this clinic have been absolutely amazing over the 18 years my family has been taking various animals for care. They have been so compassionate and responsive, and willing to go the extra mile; they know their stuff but are willing to consult. Highly recommended.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Dr. McEwen and the wonderful staff at the Landing Clinic. My 18 year old cat was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease and Dr. McEwen has gone above and beyond to help me ensure my cat lives the longest, healthiest life he can given this terminal condition. Dr. McEwen is compassionate, exceptionally thorough and truly cares about her patients (and their parents). I feel extremely lucky that I found the team at Landing.

They stop taking appts at 3:30 even tho they close at 6, so that’s not helpful but they are the kindest and most loving people to my animals, they are super experienced and My animals love them.
