It was a real nice experience to visit the warehouse Jeff was very helpfulGot the opportunity to try different models before my selected choiceXWXL09 is the one I choose, it is a foldable bike and fairly light compare to other folding bike I’ve seen. I live in a hilly town and that bike take the hills with ease , I’ve been off trails with it and it was a blast, I was even able to ride on the beach those fat tires will let you take almost any terrain.Overall I recommend that place and make sure to say hi to Jeff he is the answer to your question.Have a nice ride

Great experience! Went to Future bike today with my wife to start our search for an ebike. Jeff went above and beyond what you normally get in customer service. He let us try as many of the bikes we wanted and told us the advantages of each one we tried. We ended up buying 2 when we thought we were just looking. Thanks for all your help Jeff.

I have bought my First E Bike from Jeff he was very helpful and knowledgeable of all his bike in the store. I will go back for more accessories in the near future. Also need to set up my suspention it is making some clicking nose.

Jeff was amazing, he let my son test any of the Ebikes he was interested in. As the first experience buying an ebike, he made it easy, answering any questions we had and patiently showed us how the bike worked and folded. I would return there if the need arises in the future. Check them out if in the market for an Ebike, they are reasonably priced and local as well.

They provide great service and products. They also ship so fast. The salesman Jeff was so nice and ship my bike so fast. He also assembled my bike for free. I am so satisfied with their service and product. The bike is really awesome.

Jeff was amazing to deal with. The bike is awesome at a super low price! I highly recommend this place!! Great service, he even dropped the bike off at my home. The bike is light weight, goes very fast and is easy to charge. I highly recommend Future Bikes!
