Me and my husband purchased a front exterior door and are extremely dissatisfied with the service level. We had posted previously about our bad experience and the manager (Pam) got in contact with my husband about 2 months after the post and advised would like to help out as felt bad about our experience. She said she could have someone come and install the door. We took her up on the offer. When installing, one of the doors had one of the glass broken by her installer. We have since left a couple dozen phone messages for Pam the manager and no single return call. If you are wise, stay away from this company . We unfortunately were not.

Will not recommend this company to anyone. We ordered whole house doors from this company. Delivery 2 weeks late and still missing doors. Tried to charge extra for deliveries they did not make. They do not return calls if you have any concerns. Door prices are comparable to other companies in Surrey. Door quality poor.

Canwood Doors & Moulding provided me with exceptional service during my home renovations. They were extremely knowledgable and were able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. They seriously went beyond my expectations and their pricing is very reasonable which is a great plus! I will definitely be recommending them to others and doing all future business with them. Hired Kuljit to supply my doors , he was very prompt & professional. Knows his industry and makes great recommendations as to style and practicality.We got a great price & great service. Front end staff also efficient when making returns.Will definitely buy my doors here again on my next home.

Best customer service and prices around town. I wanted a very specific door design for my renovation project and they were able to do it for me. It was delivered on time and looked great. They even helped install it. I am very happy with the service and products and would definitely come here again.

Horrible!I purchased two doors from them. The order was delayed for weeks! They changed the price after a few weeks so I cancelled the order but they told me the doors where already made and ready for pickup. I drove to their shop to pick them up only to find they had only one door ready.They lied to me to keep the order and now I was in for a second trip to pickup the second door.I recommend to shop elsewhere. Canwood Doors & Mouldings Ltd are dishonorable!

One of the best company in supplying the doors. They deal very good and provide the services above our expectations. They customize my door as per my family requirement. price is very reasonable in market. Mr. Daljit owner of company visited my site personally and guided us as per today trend. Keep it up Mr Daljit and i refer always you and your company to others.

I had purchased the whole house doors and they provided the same on time and satisfy us with providing the design which we required. owner of the company Mr. Daljit and sale person Mr. Gagan gave their personal attention towards my house/job given. I give them 10/10 in services from very first day of order till the completion. I recommend others too purchase the doors from canwood as they provide good services after sales and rates of doors are also very genuine as per market.

Purchased a front door from this company. Was to be delivered within a week. Well almost two months passed before was finally delivered. (many emails and phone calls had been made).
