Extremely happy dealing with this SW location. Arun was very helpful and knowledgeable, he made excellent recommendations, answered all my questions easily and assisted in selecting my final colour choice based on my preferences. Interactions with other employees during my purchase was very positive. Fantastic team, highly recommend!!

Pretty appalling service.1. Call to make order pick up for an out of province contract. 12 gallons, brushes, rollers, trays, the works. After not being able to understand me (I'm canadian born, no accent or dialect) I'm told to take give the order list to my original store in British Columbia and have them fax it to them.2. After 3 hours after order is made, we call to ask if it's safe to travel 1 hour north of winnipeg to come pick up. Answer is yes. After arriving, I'm told they sent an EMAIL stating there wasn't any paint to mix in the base we needed. Fine.3. Come back tomorrow, another 1 hr one way travel. Come back, another 1 hour. Missing 1 gallon they forgot to give as they assisted with the remaining paint I couldn't carry out store.4. Come back to grab paint, day 3, another 2 hours of travel. Come back home. Ready to roll doors with 5mm mini rollers. No where to be found. Call Arun again, ask about them. He said they were left on the counter and were forgot to be put in the bag!!!!!!5. Call to order more paint. 3 more gallons. They said great, Come grab it!! Arrive there, whoops!! realize they don't have Ultra deep base again!! Send me another 1 hour south to Kenaston location to grab paint.6. Call 4 days later, trying to order a final 3 gallons, Arun had said he would offer a free gallon for the previous disorganization and terrible service. After calling and trying to make the order, hung up on me. To be clear, I was never ever rude, angry, I was more understanding than I should have been if anything. Called back a 2nd, and 3rd time with no answer.7. Called St James Sherwin. They fixed the problem with in 30 seconds. Fast. Friendly.I hope what I had was an isolated experience at this location, but the disarray of the counter and organization of how everything was handled was shockingly bad considering how much paint I order through Sherwin. Wasted an entire day's work just driving for avoidable mistakes that were never remedied.

Super helpful staff make you feel valued and go the extra mile to get the product you need quickly

This was my first time in a Sherwin Williams store. My experience was very positive. As soon as I walked in the door, a fellow came to ask me if I needed assistance. He was nice, professional and courteous. However, I have not yet used SW's paint as of yet. I will update after we paint! :)EDIT: SW is the place for paint.

What a difference location makes . Colin and his team are so helpful and cheerful,looking to help and advise and work with you to get what you need. They even helped getting the order to the car without having to ask. Excellent customer service . Of all the locations that this company has this is the one to go to to order and buy product from .Asking for a discount didn’t offend and if they can help with the price they will .

The service was awesome and very helpful. They even asked if I have everything needed to do the job. Very helpful in regards to a good product for the ceilings that I'm painting.

Needed chips to show a friend there is more than ONE shade of white for her paint job. The salesmen KNEW what I was tryinto convey, and supplied me with not only what I needed, but also helped to explain what shades work best (better thay straight white) with the original colour she chose for her project.He was so superbly helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff, I didn't know how to make color selection, but when I told the staff I met there what I wanted, and the guy helped me out. And when I got home and applied the those paints, they were so matched, thank you Sherwin-Williams store at Mcphilips

I went in this morning to buy deck stain. Two men were behind computers and I stood in line (no one in line ahead of me). No one came to assist me. I looked around thinking maybe I was missing something. No one spoke to me or came from behind computers to assist me. I started to leave and one of the men said Just one minute". Had they said that when I went in
