Terrible service. I was on council and had to deal with these guys. Nothing ever got done. They didn't handle anything on their own. Not sure what they are getting paid for.

Stay away! Our strata paid this company thousands of dollars and they didn't deliver. They changed managers several times. They didn't correspond well at all. Our owners did their work. Terrible company!

This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. My building in Surrey Charleton Park" has been implemented a no smoking policy and these "property managers" won't enforce the by-law. Basically told me to figure it out myself and break privacy laws to prove it. I have a 3 month old at home and can't even enjoy my patio space due to one of my neighbours constantly smoking on the patio. There are way more complaints

Warren Wall is the most useless strata manager I've ever had to deal with. Too lazy to answer his phone, too lazy to reply to emails, and too lazy to do his job properly

Property Management charges a $0 Lien on my unit which delayed my mortgage refinancing then took 5 days to remove the issue. FEEL that I'm being g harassed all the time.

The main thing you look for in a management company is effective communication and that is where Campbell Strata Management falls short. Slow to respond to messages or just ignores them completely. Doesn't answer their phones. Unprofessional refuses to call you to discuss matters. Offices are closed due to covid for safety which is reasonable but at that point you need to communicate properly. All issues could be resolved with a simple phone call. A management company is there to deal with conflict and Campbell Strata Management seems to run from any discomfort or just ignores it. Save your Councils money and look elsewhere for representation. Will update this review based on future interactions but as of now very displeased.

Don't bother making a noise complaint about another suite. You will be told all the noise is normal and you are made to feel that your complaint does not matter. This company does nothing to help solve and on-going problem with noise from another unit. I would give this company a 0 if I could.

Would not recommend going with this strata company. No one ever answers their phone. In the last 4 years, I've tried calling my strata manager about 80 times and she has only answered twice! Not helpful and barely does her job.

If I could leave a review of 0 I would. This company has completely screwed us over, not paying our bills, fudging our financials and bouncing $$ around. The worst part is, we paid them to do that.Think twice before using this company, they are completely useless!!!
