Anybody who is looking for a realtor I highly recommend Benjamin. I have bought 4 houses and sold 1 with him. Not only was he working till 9 or 10 at night on weekends finding the best deals and communicating with other realtors for me, but he even put in the effort to have multiple phone calls with me while he was away on vacation with his family to get a deal done. Benjamin always checks up on me and asks how my property is going to make sure I’m satisfied. When I sold my house, he took less than a week to have it listed with professional pictures. Benjamin has experience working on houses and has a great knowledge of what to look for before you bring in the home inspector.
