This visit was the slowest I have ever experienced. It took approximately 15 minute wait for our order to be taken when there was only 1 person in line ahead of me. Also the tables were extremely dirty.

After a very long wait in the drive thru (despite there only being one car ahead of me, as traffic backed up to the roadside behind me), I was triple charged for my order! The manager insisted that I had actually ordered 3x the amount that I had actually ordered and argued with me about this, then when I demanded that he correct the order, he gave me a very hard time when taking the wrong order back and correcting it. Manager then demanded that I leave the Drive Thru without first processing a refund to my card. Manager made me wait 10-15+ minutes in the parking lot, after which, he approached my vehicle and told me that I would need to come inside to process the refund. After processing the refund, there was a second charge placed on my account, rather than a refund. When I asked about this, the manager just told me to leave his restaurant and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Throughout this whole fiasco, my food had gone stale, my frosty melted, and they did not even give me the drink I had ordered with my combo. This place is a nightmare and horribly mismanaged. When looking for someplace to eat, please do not go to this restaurant. Every order comes with a horrible experience

First I felt rushed when my order was being taken by rude employee. And then I found 6 hairs in my salad and also my burger was undercooked and there was no condiments. I tried to take this complaint to wendys complaint department but i wasn't giving a receipt for the order making it very difficult to even complain. I'm not going to call the store and receive more additude. Happy father's day to me.

I went through the drive through and the food was good, the service was friendly but not very quick. That's ok because it tasted good. I don't mind waiting for good food. I don't know the sizes of the orders infront of me either so that could be the reason.

Worst experience I have had in a longtime. Ordered 2 cob salads, an ice coffee and a chocolate frosty-ccino. They put the 2 drinks on the tray. Because the looked the same my friend asked which drink was which because he can't have icecream, was were told I don't know

I love this place always order from and eat at this wendy’s, but tonight i was so disappointed.As you can see that is the “chicken strip” they gave me, obviously it’s not an adequate strip due to the clear size of it.So i had brought it back up and said how this wasn’t a whole chicken strip, and was wondering if i could get a replacement.And they replaced it, but with the OTHER HALF, so they had obviously known that it was broken and not a full strip!?So why would they serve that to me?Side note, the place was very dirty and there was food all over the floor, as well as no clean tables even though it was not as busy as usual…

Went here for the first time and placed a mobile order before leaving the house. I showed up on time for my food, and everything seemed fine. Got home and checked my burger and noticed it was very dry. So I took a small bite, and it was literally the hardest piece of chicken I’ve ever bit into. This thing could’ve broken my teeth because of how hard and dry it was. Very bad first experience.

Placed an online order to be delivered. Order was fast and hot, however my frosty was not packaged appropriately, should have been packaged so it could not be tampered with. It was just poured and a lid placed on it. Not in a bag or anything that could possibly have been tampered with. I believe they should implement that procedure as I work in fast food and our drinks are placed in a bag with the food. Just a suggestion!!!!

My absolute favourite burger of all time is the bacon mushroom melt, I look forward to its return every year. Went tonight through drive through as it just came back, and got home to this. Nowhere near the cheese sauce it used to be, and 1 mushroom. Seriously this location beyond dropped the ball.
