I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The men who helped me today were the kindest, God sent angels that I needed in a dire situation.I was driving on Reesor Rd at night when my car got stuck in a snow bank north of Major Mac. I hauled a towing company, they said they could “help” me but ended up putting my car in a ditch and completely abandoned me afterwards without saying a word. I left my car overnight because other tow companies said they were closed for the night and that YRP would tow it in the morning. When the morning came, I called YRP and they said it hasn’t been towed yet but Cardinal would be dealing with it.I called Cardinal and they were at my car in only a short period of time. The men helping me were so nice and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing, unlike the other towing companies that I saw who were struggling and weren’t able to get other cars out of SNOWBANKS. These people got me out of a deep DITCH full of snow in a matter of minutes.Thank you so much Cardinal for saving me on Christmas Eve. I didn’t get the names of the men who helped me but please extend my thanks from us, the couple with the black civic.I highly recommend Cardinal and truly believe that their service and expertise should be a baseline regulation for ALL towing companies.

Had to call for towing services. Great turnaround and especially great customer service. Although I don't wish to get my car towed again, but in the case I do, definitely recommend this company.

Terrible service, owner doesn't care, my car was there for 7 days, I had items stolen from inside of my car, all glove compartments were broken, kept getting told that the owner will call me to resolve the issue and I've never heard from them. Probably not the first or last this has happened to, hope y'all enjoy the Christmas gifts y'all took

Horrible service. Poor communication skills. One of their drivers had towed one of my buddies car and money was missing from the car. When asked about this and called the place multiple times to ask them to launch an investigation they kept threatening to call the police on us. Horrible service.

They towed my brothers car and money was missing from the car. When we called asking them he kept denying and didn’t wanna help. Called him a few times to ask what would be the next steps in the investigation process, they kept hanging up threatening to call the police on us. Bunch of crooks, wouldn’t recommend using their service at all.

Money went missing from my brother in laws vehicle. When we called the company, we asked corey to investigate. He was very rude, confrontational and denied and did not want to listen to the customer. He Hung up the call and we called back a few times to see how we can approach for next steps, instead they threatened to call the police for harrassment. We filed a police investigation into the company as we are seeing this isnt an isolated incident based on reviews. Multiple customers are reporting that items have been missing from their vehicles after being towed and impounded. If anyone has had their items missing from this company you are encouraged to report it to york regional police.

Thank you for helping on a Sunday morning. Even though it was a last minute call, they came to help. Dale was helpful and had an amazing attitude. Would recommend.

We had to tow my cousins car by flatbed and Kyle from Cardinal Towing showed up promptly with his truck.I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this young man!He was polite, knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality.I hope Cardinal will see this posting and pass on our thanks again to Kyle!You have an excellent employee Cardinal!
