Franklin Contracting was engaged to remodel our basement into functional spaces. This included adding windows into the foundation, defining and building rooms, exterior landscaping, and managing sub contractors. My wife and I expected a professional and functional final basement. Laughlan and Mallory far exceeded our expectations. From their consistent professional approach, and handling all interfaces, to the final details of the end product.
