Every request I had was answered quickly and they were there to help from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and professional team from all the staff involved in my Mother's arrangements. They truly made a very difficult time a little easier.

My husbands family have used their services twice in the past and this third service was not well done. I have arranged funerals for family at other places and this seemed so less professional. From asking for the final payment during the day of the funeral to not following through with my requests which were extremely simple (please removed the artificial arrangements in the room). They don’t have the same professionalism I have experienced at other funeral services.

The staff and helpfulness of the Paul O'Connor staff was top notch.The only downside of the experience was they didn't allow outside food or drinks (exclusive 3rd party vendor). We ended up having to contend with inflated catering costs, limited menu options, and fulfillment of contractual obligations by the catering company. We were partially compensated by the Paul O'Connor team however so we appreciate their willingness to help resolve the issue.

I cannot express how grateful I am to the incredibly sensitive, compassionate and professional service from the staff at Paul O'Connor. Everything for my mom's arrangements was perfect - the quaint, inviting atmosphere of the visitation room, the setup of the flowers around my mom's coffin, the incredible attention to detail on my mom. Although we are broken hearted by this devastating loss, the staff at Paul O'Connor truly lightened the load that my family and I had to bear during this very difficult time. Paul O'Connor Funeral home we chose when my son died because my niece had a celebration of life for he husband at Paul O'Connor funeral home and we were impressed. When we came to discuss what we wanted Steve was very compassionate, knowable and very pushed us to do anything we did not want. The day of the celebration of life for my son the staff went out of their way to do everything we had discussed. The room was set up beautifully. The food was very good.I also had a call to come in to get help with all the paperwork done that is needed. I had know idea what had to be done. The staff had all the papers ready I just had to sign them. Envoples where addressed and stamps on them. I am more then happy with Paul O'Connor funeral home
