I asked them to park where they are working instead of infront of my house as I'm expecting a delivery. I explained the truck has come by twice and could't park they said if they aren't parked illegally Oh well. The business where they are working has a huge empty parking lot and is down the street. I would never use a company with such an unprofessional manner.

We have been loyal clients of Air-Rite for about 8 years. Our last 3 experiences have been very bad. We seem to be the victims of many mistakes including, the wrong compressors being installed, no coolant, and over-billing. We have been billed for all of the errors. For example the last job we were billed 12hours for about a 3-4 hours job.When given the opportunity to correct, we were offered a 15% discount on their error. We will not be using Air-Rite's services any longer.

Ben and his team are specialists in their respective fields. Excellent quality, excellent service for very reasonable prices. It was great to have worked with Airrite. I made the RITE choice. Thank you again Air-Rite.

Helped determine manufacturer warrantee coverage and performed the service in a timely manner. Maintained a high level of communication during and after the repairs and worked with me on the balance due above what the manufacturer was willing to pay.

Very pleased with the service. We needed a part for a price of equipment at work. It was not in stock, but it only took a couple day to get it in. Fit perfect, works great. Will definitely order parts again from here if needed.

We contacted them for repair of Ice machine. They took 3 weeks to inspect it and another 4 weeks to get the the part and repair it. In this process they never informed us about status , when ever we asked for they always said we are behind the schedule and some one will call back and will update you. Which never happened.My advice to them is if they are so much behind the schedule please stop taking new jobs. Complete back log and restart new jobs.Wish that they will improve themselves before its too late.

I wanted to share my appreciation to Ryan in how he adjusts his schedule to help us on urgent matters and general PMs. The Chiller in the building is working well and is well cared for. Great responsiveness quailty work and attention to detail.

They started working on my refrigerator without telling me this morning, and they CHARGED that time. Also, they bought 3 fuges which cost only 8 dollars per each then, sold them to me for over 100$. I CANNOT understand this because the price went up by 10 times. These people are INSANE, they charge you so much money including the time they didn't even warn you they will start working.

After having one of Air-Rite's competitors take a look at an intermittent working convection oven multiple times (costing a small fortune, and me being told I didn't know what I was talking about), they told me we needed to change the motor in the oven for the second time in two years. I called Air-Rite for a different issue we were having with a different piece of equipment and I decided to have them take a look at the oven for a second opinion. The tech, Juri, spent about half an hour on the oven and gave a different solution that was significantly cheaper and he was sure it was going to fix the problem. I talked to one of the service managers and let them know that I was unsure if it would work and I was worried to spend several hundred dollars with a bigger cost of a motor looming over us. He was very understanding of our situation and offered to test it before leaving the part in and charging us for it. I was told that if it didn't work they would remove the part and quote us on a new motor as well. Within 2 hours, our oven was working again and we have not had any issues with it since.Fast forward 2 weeks and our other convection oven started giving us intermittent issues. I called Air-Rite and they had a tech (Juri again) here within 2 hours. Within an hour the problem was fixed and the oven was as good and new as a 7yr old oven can be.Juri and the others at Air-Rite were very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with on both occasions and I will be using Air-Rite as a kitchen service provider from now on because of it!

Had a pleasant experience with air-rite and their services. Very knowledgeable technicians and a growing electrical division that is well needed in the restaurant industry. Pretty much a one stop shop for any mechanical needs I'd say.
