Lakeside Home Inspections
Doug from Lakeside Home Inspection was spot on! From the confirmation e-mail, reminder email, the inspection and prompt report he was very professional. He really explained the issues and showed us in person and his report (which came in few hours after the inspection) was very detailed with explainations and pictures of his findings. He actually inspected 2 outbuildings, as well as the house, without charging extra, which was very nice of him to do. I would recommend Doug from Lakeside Home Inspections!

I appreciated the prompt response time to my request. I contacted Doug from out of state, I needed the services of a home inspection service to look over a potential house I am wanting to buy. I had my inspection the following day. Price point I think was on track with today's prices. I could read and understand the report that was given after the inspection. And when I had follow up questions, I was able to talk to Doug either by text or phone to resolve any issues I may have needed more informatuon about to understand. Highly recommend! Doug has done multiple inspections for our clients. the buyers that have used have been impressed with his knowledge as well as his communication. They like that he has some different equipment that other inspectors don't to measure if there is moisture behind walls. As a Realtor I like how he speaks with the client and educates them. He is very responsive with follow up questions. Highly recommend!
